Jim just left our house after removing two huge clogs from our sink plumbing line. The best part is we called and he was here within 20 minutes. Friendly and super knowledgeable - reasonably priced and bonus for coming immediately- Hope we never have to use him again but definitely will for future plumbing problems.

We had a stubborn clog that my snake would not remove, but Jim cleared and tested twice to ensure it was gone. He also put a new washer as he reassembled the bathroom sink to ensure there was no leakage before he left.

This review was a long time coming. I have known Jim for most of my life and I have nothing but praise to heap upon him. It was hard to find this yelp page as I have known the business as Pacific Coast Plumbing & Heating for most of my life. I had Jim do multiple projects for clients and even for my home. When he had to do a full re-pipe for one of our properties, he had it completed cheaper than the other quotes with better quality materials and attention to detail. When one of the local plumbers who had mocked the idea of one man re-piping an entire house in the time Jim quoted, came by to observe how far along Jim had gotten, he was shocked that it was completed in less time than the other guy promised with 4 men. He had asked if I would mind if he went under the house to inspect it himself and let us know if Jim screwed up. I said, ""go right ahead"". When he came back out, he was visibly impressed and said ""Holy $hit, this is a clean job! Are you sure it was just one guy?"" He also commented that he was happy that Jim wasn't a regular in the area of our house since he said it would put him out of business. I wanted to write this review earlier but when I type Pacific Coast Plumbing, this other company out of Santa Monica comes up so not sure what happened there but happy to see Jim is still around. He isn't the cheapest but he is cheap for the value and quality of his work. It will be hard for me to find a replacement when he retires.

My mom's water pressure regulator had a leak. Jim came out on time and on schedule. He replaced the regulator and added a pressure relief valve to bring it up to code.
Very reasonably priced and came on schedule!

Jim came. He saw. He conquered.
He was responsive to emergency messy water backup, snaked the problem away, working through hurdle after hurdle in our home's tight layout and access.
Would highly recommend.
BTW Mike Diamond said they would take 3 days to get to us as it was Saturday after Thanksgiving with increased demand. Sheesh!

I had Jim service my tankless water heater in May. He showed up as promised and did an efficient and thorough job. I'd be happy to call him for other services in the future.
