TJ was Great. We had a leaking drainpipe causing standing water. He came out the same day and came back within days to get it taken care of. The next day on a Saturday, we had additional leaks (our pipes are old). We called him and he was at the house within an hour and got them taken care. The service was fast. He left no mess behind. We have continued to use him to update our pipes that are old and he always responds within a few hours of us calling him. I would highly recommend this company. They take pride in their work and they are so kind.

My basement pipe busted can't set up an appointment on Monday they said they could get out on Wednesday clarified that that would be Wednesday the coming up Wednesday and Wednesday came around I had to call them and the lady at the front desk who is Tim's wife was rude and said she never said Wednesday she said next Wednesday and that is incorrect it's an emergency and can't wait until next Wednesday if you don't have time then you should just say that I also had another appointment with them which he came out to but then he didn't have the proper equipment with him at the time so he said that someone would give me a call to set up another appointment and I never heard back from them. My family has used them for years but ever since Jim passed it's been different. If I could put a zero out of five I would put zero at five stars but unfortunately that's not an option.

Charged $95 to flush two pieces of toilet paper down the toilet and said he didn't THINK it had enough flushing power despite advertising free estimates. No mask. Didn't even have equipment on his truck as promised. Then wanted to charge $525 for a toilet and installation. Crazy as hell to hire these people for anything. Had to give them a star to submit....they ain't worth 1 star.
