Had a plumbing problem on New Years Day of all days, and not the kind of plumbing problem that you could put off until the next day. After calling the company I usually work with and being told ""sorry but I'm watching the games today but can you wait until tomorrow"", I called Jim, left a message and he called back and was at my house fixing the problem within the hour. I was very satisfied with his work as he got in there and got the job done. He will now be my ""go to "" plumber. Sorry other plumber, but you lost my business.

Needed a plumber to install a new Tankless water heater. Called Jim and left a msg. He got back right away to tell me he was unavailable due to being out of town. He didn't want to leave me hanging waiting on a call back. He listened to my problem and gave me some recommendations which I really appreciated. Wish I could've used him if his professionalism was any indication of his workmanship. Would use him in the future based on call alone.

Jim saved the day!!! We just moved into our new home and this morning I found a pool of backed up sewage water in my office!!!! SICK! I was frantic trying to find someone to come out ASAP, but was also very skeptical. Only calling places with good Yelp reviews, Jim was the one who got back to me in a timely manner and was able to book a time with me only a couple hours from my phone call. He was very professional, personable, and helpful. He helped to move some boxes out of the way & I noticed he picked up trash that didn't even belong to him. He didn't try to sell me anything from what was necessary. I will definitely call him in the future....hopefully only for remodels though.
