Almost 3 years to the day from my original review, I hired Jim again to do additional work (replace a series of very old wall connections.) Once again, he did a fantastic job and stands by his work. There was a minor issue with one connection and he came back immediately to square it away.

If you've found this, stop looking and call Jim now.

I called Jim to fix a backup in my kitchen sink. After several attempts by my Brother in law and sister while visiting from out of town we decided it was best to call Jim, he had completed another job a few years earlier, a main line repair turned out great and the pricing was spot on.
Jim completed my kitchen sink quickly and efficiently even went to buy a part to repair another part of the sink which had been leaking for several years.
Jim is also helpful with recommendations and suggestions, he's prompt honest and priced extremely reasonable, I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs.

I've used a few different plumbers over the years. Most I've found on yelp and have been happy with them. However, Jim will be my first review of one. Simply put he did his job fast, efficiently, and well. There is a no-nonsense kind of workmanship quality about him that I really appreciated.

On this particular job - replacing a kitchen and bathroom faucet that I had previously had checked out by another plumber and received a bid for the work. I couldn't afford the first plumber so I sought out a second opinion. Jim's price was half of what the other plumber wanted for labor not to mention the first plumber told me that the bathroom faucet had to be replaced because it was a cheap Home Depot faucet that plumbers do not carry parts for. Well when Jim came by I had the new faucets purchased and ready to go.

This is the good part: Turned out that Jim was able to fix the bathroom leak. He didn't need to replace the bathroom faucet because he had the replacement parts in his truck. What? Of course I was ecstatic about saving $70.00 on not needing the new faucet and to add to this good experience, he charged me less than quoted for labor. He added $3 for the faucet parts. I thought that was more than fair. Needless to say I will be calling Jim first for all of my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you Jim!

Jim Aldahl was very fast and professional. One of my tenants had a damaged water heater. Jim got there the next day, called me with an estimate and got the job done all in the same day. I priced shopped to make sure i was not being taken advantage of, and his rate was as good as any or better.

Had a plumbing problem on New Years Day of all days, and not the kind of plumbing problem that you could put off until the next day. After calling the company I usually work with and being told ""sorry but I'm watching the games today but can you wait until tomorrow"", I called Jim, left a message and he called back and was at my house fixing the problem within the hour. I was very satisfied with his work as he got in there and got the job done. He will now be my ""go to "" plumber. Sorry other plumber, but you lost my business.

Needed a plumber to install a new Tankless water heater. Called Jim and left a msg. He got back right away to tell me he was unavailable due to being out of town. He didn't want to leave me hanging waiting on a call back. He listened to my problem and gave me some recommendations which I really appreciated. Wish I could've used him if his professionalism was any indication of his workmanship. Would use him in the future based on call alone.
