Jig Plumbing and John was amazing. They came on time and were very professional. John explained everything to us clearly and was very patient answering our questions. Initially we had called a plumber that was referred to us and we thought that the quote was really high. With a little research, we found JIG Plumbing. Jenn took our call, she was professional and courteous. We wanted a quick quote on the job. She transferred us to Jason. We didn't disclose our previous quote so we could get an honest quote. JIG's quote was 1/3 less than the overpriced quote.

We will call JIG again in the future and refer JIG to our neighbors.

Quick response to my Yelp request to replace fill valve and flush valve on my older American Standard Champion toilet. I was sent a photo of the technician and arrival time window. Taylor arrived on time and after inspection gave me a quote for the labor as I was providing the necessary parts. I mentioned the website coupon for $20 off repairs over $100 which he then applied. I believe it was a fair price. Taylor was very polite, professional, and efficient. Toilet now flushes quietly with no leaking. I was given a 30 day warranty on the labor. Over the last few years I have used several different local plumbers, many way too exorbitant in their charges. For any future plumbing needs, I will call JIG Plumbing again. I had been without hot water for a week, and while waiting for a replacement part I began looking for a plumber to come out and install it. I received several quotes, but nothing really lined up with either scheduling or pricing, so I decided to give JIG a call. The receptionist (Jen) was immediately very personable, professional and informative about their process and scheduled me for a free SAME DAY estimate, and Jason was at my home roughly 2 hours later!

Jason is amazing. He was able to figure out the issue with my tank, was able to re-light it and even recommended what I'd need in order to prevent my pilot from going out in the future, as well as ways to correct the previous installation and pointed out a couple of issues with the valve coming out of my wall. He showed me how to re-light my pilot and gave me a quote for a replacement tank, for when I'm in a position to replace the one I have. All of this inside of 30 minutes!! I will DEFINITELY be utilizing their services in the future and HIGHLY recommend them for anyone in need of troubleshooting or repairing/replacing their water heater!! I had an amazing experience from start to end!!!
