I had a main line clog in my home so we had water backing up into the showers and could not use our facilities. They were able to come out the same day, snake my line and remove the problem. I called several plumbers and Jiffy O's were the only ones that made an effort to get us taken care of the same day. I would have had to get a motel room for the night if they hadn't come out. He was so nice and helpful. Will definitely use them again!

We had a massive sewage blockage. Had another company come in and after a few minutes said they couldn't figure it out and would need to use the hydrojet but it would be another week wait ...while sewage was coming out of all our drains. A neighbor ended up recommending Jiffys O, called around 11am and they were here by 2:30pm same day! Mason and Jesse are complete professionals and really worked to try and solve the problem. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Impressed the boss answers the phone!! Ask for same day and he advised he would try and let me know by noon, Scott called around 1130 and confirmed. Scott was great, felt bad it was so hot out there but he didn't give up and got the pipes cleared! Thank you Scott, and thanks Jimmy for being so accommodating!

My landlord told me that they would be calling to set up an appt. They did not have an appointment and just showed up yesterday. :( Then this morning while my daughter was at home she heard someone trying to open the door. They did not knock or ring the door bell. She looked out her bedroom window and it was the same guy that came by yesterday to clean out our laundry vents. When the owner was notified he said that his guy lost his glasses and was looking for them. SERIOUSLY, then you knock or ring the door bell you don't just try and walk in someones house. Unless, you want to get attached by my large dog or shot. I will not recommend them to anyone.
