Johnny did a great job on my shower. I saw his truck and took a picture so that I could use him in the future. I had some plumbing done and the plumber asked me if I needed a hot mop recommendation. Well, it turned out that the truck I saw and the plumber recommendation were the same! It had to be a sign... Johnny was quick, clean, and did a great job.

Would not touch this contractor with a 10 foot pole. Did the job yesterday, complete disaster ! All kinds of air pockets under the pan/paper. My tile setter checked it, and informed me that this was the worst he has seen in his career. I'm even concerned for them to come back and fix it, I need to make a decision.

Avoid. After multiple attempts we are not able to pass a shower pan inspection because the slope is never correct. They even demolished the shower pan and rebuilt it completely (they took money again for this) and it still wouldn't drain completely. Every time they correct the slope, a puddle forms somewhere else.

If this is the job when they know there will be an inspection, I shudder to think what kind of work they do when they know it will not be inspected. Stay away.

This had delayed our renovation by a month and put us in a very frustrating situation. Not to mention the smell of the hotmop has filled up the house 7 times now rather than just once, and it still doesn't drain. We are now going with someone else.
