Company Overview

Setup, servicing, and fixing of:
Water supply systems utilizing copper and different PEX/plastic piping. Drainage systems in polyvinyl chloride, copper, cast iron, and ABS.

This includes work on: Baseboard, radiant heating or panel; moving fixtures, new toilets, replacing faucets, frost prevention and fixes, hot water heaters, cleaning of oil-fired boilers, boiler swaps and installs, installing smart thermostats, and more.

Below are some exceptions and notes:

Clogged drains:
I handle small line or point-of-use clogs. I cannot remove large blockages impacting multiple fixtures.

Gas installations:
I am able to swap any existing heat or hot water system (along with all the required connections) for an equal system; however, I do not possess a gas license. This means for a different type or new installation, a gas technician must verify proper sizing and connections.

Forced air systems:
With limited exceptions, I cannot install these or perform changes. I can service an oil-fired burner on an air system.

Air conditioning or split systems:
I do not work with condensers.
