Company Overview

Installation, maintenance, and repair of:
Plumbing supply networks using copper and various PEX/plastic piping. Waste systems in PVC, copper, cast iron, and ABS.

This includes work on: Baseboard, radiant or panel heating; moving fixtures, installing toilets, changing faucets, freeze protection and fixes, water heaters, cleaning of oil-fired boilers, boiler replacements and installations, installing smart thermostats, and more.

Here are some exceptions and details:

Clogged drains:
I work on minor line or point-of-use clogs. I am unable to clear large blockages impacting multiple fixtures.

Gas systems:
I am able to swap any existing heat or hot water system (along with all the necessary connections) for an equal system; however, I lack a gas license. This means for a different type or new installation, a gas technician must verify proper sizing and hookups.

Forced-air heating systems:
With limited exceptions, I cannot install these or make changes. I can service an oil-fired burner on an air system.

Air conditioning or split systems:
I do not work with condensers.
