Company Overview

Installation, maintenance, and repair of:
Water supply systems utilizing copper and various PEX/plastic tubing. Drainage systems in PVC, copper, cast iron, and ABS.

This encompasses work on: Baseboard, radiant or panel; relocating fixtures, installing toilets, changing faucets, frost prevention and fixes, hot water heaters, cleaning of oil-fired boilers, boiler swaps and installations, smart thermostat installations, and more.

Here are some exceptions and notes:

Drain clogs:
I handle small line or point-of-use clogs. I do not clear large blockages impacting multiple fixtures.

Gas systems:
I am able to swap any existing heat or hot water system (along with all the required connections) for an equivalent system; however, I do not possess a gas license. This means for a different type or new installation, a gas technician needs to verify proper sizing and hookups.

Forced air systems:
With limited exceptions, I do not install these or make changes. I am able to service an oil-fired burner on an air system.

Air conditioning or split systems:
I cannot work with condensers.
