Company Overview

Installation, maintenance, and repair of:
Pipe systems crafted from copper and multiple PEX/plastic tubing. Waste systems in polyvinyl chloride, copper, cast iron, and ABS.

This covers work on: Baseboard, radiant heating or panel heating; relocating fixtures, installing toilets, replacing faucets, frost prevention and fixes, hot water heaters, cleaning of oil-fired boilers, boiler swaps and installations, installing smart thermostats, etc..

Here are a few a few exceptions and details:

Drain clogs:
I work on small line or point-of-use clogs. I am unable to remove large blockages that affect multiple fixtures.

Gas systems:
I am able to swap any existing heat or hot water system (along with all the required connections) for an equal system; however, I do not possess a gas license. Consequently, for a different type or new installation, a gas technician needs to verify correct sizing and hookups.

Forced-air heating systems:
With very few exceptions, I cannot install these or perform changes. I am able to service an oil-fired burner on an air system.

Air conditioning or split systems:
I do not work with condensers.
