Company Overview

Establishment, upkeep, and restoration of:
Water supply systems utilizing copper and multiple PEX/plastic tubing. Drainage systems in polyvinyl chloride, copper, cast iron, and ABS.

This encompasses work on: Baseboard, radiant heating or panel heating; moving fixtures, installing toilets, changing faucets, freeze protection and fixes, water heaters, maintenance of oil-fired boilers, boiler replacements and installations, smart thermostat installations, and more.

Below are some clarifications and details:

Clogged drains:
I address minor line or point-of-use clogs. I do not remove large blockages that affect multiple fixtures.

Gas systems:
I am able to swap any existing heat or hot water system (along with all the required connections) for an equivalent system; however, I do not possess a gas license. Consequently, for a different type or new installation, a gas technician must verify correct sizing and connections.

Forced-air heating systems:
With very few exceptions, I do not install these or make changes. I can service an oil-fired burner on an air system.

AC or split systems:
I cannot work with condensers.
