Requested an estimate on yelp and Jaren and his assistant arrived the next business day at the scheduled time. I was finishing up with another plumber who was there to also give me an estimate and they patiently waited while I wrapped up with my previous appointment. They did an in-depth analysis to determine/confirm the problem and gave me several options for completing the repair. All of this was done free of charge. Next, they presented both options to me via written estimates and were available for questions via phone/email/text. They were punctual, polite and professional during my interactions with them. switched out and bought new washer/dryer. when washer was installed, valves leaked due to old age. called Jaren and he was able to respond the following day. he was able to completely replace both hot and cold water valves, plus he replaced the valves' drain housing cover box. very excellent workmanship and job finished within 2 hours! reasonable pricing. he has been my go to plumber for the past 2 years.

I had Jaren come to my house and work on my solar water heater before Christmas. Our wiring was damaged and pipelining was corroded. We have a 15 year old son who needed hot water for showers after wrestling practice. Jaren was very responsive and his pricing is fair. Jaren responded so quickly after contacting him about our tankless water heater and he immediately came to inspect our system and pipes. Jaren explained everything he found and options for repair and maintenance. After diagnosing the problem he located a newer unit and gave us a great price to replace the water heater and added the repair of some pipes that he saw were corroded. I can't speak highly enough of Jaren (owner)! He was amazing in his responsiveness, price and mostly his expertise and quality of work done to redo and reroute my house pipes when we had a water leak. Jaren responded to my texts at all hours and was very reliable in dropping everything to help with my repair. I received several quotes from different contractors. I decided to go with Jaren because he had the ability to come up with creative ways to assess and minimize cutting into the walls, reducing house damage, that other plumbers did not come up with.
