I hired Juan to replace the underground storm drains on one side of my house which includes 2 gutters and a line from the sump pump that ran under the front walkway. It took a while to get him but that was mostly because I contacted him right before Christmas and the ground froze shortly afterwards. The work was done very well and he replaced the original brittle 3 inch fiberglass/PVC storm drain with 4 inch SDR 35 pipe with glued joints. The SDR is thicker, stronger and more flexible and the drains are working better now than when the house was new. It turned out that there was no pipe under the walkway so water had been eroding the soil under the concrete for decades; now there is 4 inch SDR with cleanouts, much better. The cleanup afterwards was very good and the lawn looks great now since they used the original grass. Excellent work at a reasonable price, better than the others and I recommend him highly. Glad to have this done right before the heavy Spring rains and it was done in one day.
