My story started in 2017 upon graduating high school. At first, I juggled a full-time job and part-time landscaping installations and lawn care maintenance. In 2018, I left my full-time job to run JG Grading and Landscaping full-time. We’ve added more services and now have one full-time employee along with two part-time team members. Our landscaping installations and maintenance services remain a core part of our business. We stay true to our origins. This journey traces back to my grandfather. Many know my grandfather, Robert Glover, as Bobby; he ran Glover's Grading and Landscaping and Glover Landscape Supply for 43 years in Henderson, NC. In 2013, he retired and closed his business. The recession took a toll on his small family business. I grew up in this field, remembering my childhood visits to job sites. I attribute my success to my grandfather.

I reside in Henderson, NC, and serve as a local volunteer fireman. What I love most about my work is meeting new people every day and making their dreams come true. The work I do is fulfilling and gratifying. The best part for me is the before and after photos of each job. The transformations I witness on properties are incredible, and that’s what I cherish most.
