We had our water heater start leaking so we called our home warranty company, First American, and they assigned us a different plumbing company that wasn't going to be available to simply take a look at our water heater until the next day, but luckily, I called back to see of anyone was available the same day and they were able t assign JFP Services and they were able to not only diagnose, but replace the water heater the same day. I am very grateful for this, and I have never had a company so proactively get to work. I would highly recommend JFP Services. They are very prompt, professional, and get the job done quickly and correctly.

This contractor was hired to do some plumbing & add a gas water heater to our property. They did some of the work and said they were 3/4 complete and our general contractor agreed. They walked away from the job because the general contractor wouldn't return their calls and then when I pushed to get the job done they got mad and walked away. (very childish). In fact they only did 1/2 the work and much of it had to be re-done. They didn't get a gas permit and it cost us thousands of dollars to re-do some of their work and finish the job. James (owner) was happy to take my money, but didn't get proper permits or anywhere near finish the job.
