What a pleasure to hand tools to a professional! Juan drove to my area and removed the toilet. Spotted the crack Instantley. I was able to do some running around for the new flange part and watch him do his magic to set, caulk and complete the toilet back to serviceability just before thanksgiving "" everyone is home"" season. Juan was very responsive at first and came to our home to provide a quote for his services. We agreed on the service and he said he would be back the next day to fix our issue. The next day, he did not show up. He also has not called us back or respond to our text messages. Not entirely sure what's wrong but definitely not professional.

Had a water leak coming from the water pipe behind the wall of the garden hose bibb late in the evening which required for me to shut the water off for the whole house. I needed someone to come by ASAP and all the other plumbers I called were not available till next day. Juan was the only one that was able to make an opening to come out the same night. Juan came by within an hour, inspected the problem and repaired the water pipe. Also replaced our originally leaking garden hose Bibb with a new one which was a big plus.
Thanks again Juan! You really saved the day for my family and I! Really appreciate it!

I highly recommend Juan for all your plumbing needs. He is reliable and very trustworthy. He did an excellent job repairing my shower drain. The drain was in a very tight spot and he was able to fix it without opening the wall on my family room. Another plumbing company gave me a quote more than 5X of what Juan charges me, and they would even open my drywall.
Now, I have a plumber to call when I need one.

I found J&D Plumbing Services here on Yelp. We will definitely be using them from now on! Juan answered my call immediately and was able to squeeze us in between calls, even though we were a far drive. We had water droplets leaking from one of our light fixtures, and Juan diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. He was up in the attic while it was over 100 degrees outside, and still got the job done. Can't say enough good things about our experience... Juan turned a stressful situation into a quick fix. Amazing response!
Our hot water heater was leaking and soaking the drywall around it. Juan showed up promptly and replaced it with a quality replacement. This could have been a disaster for us but J&F Plumbing saved us. This is our new go to plumber and we will recommend him to anyone.
