When our hot water heater started leaking we called J&F and Juan answered immediately. He showed up within 20 minutes and explained in detail what needed to be done and didn't price gouge us. He worked with our schedule and repaired and replaced everything quick and efficiently and it felt like the best hot shower in my life! HAHA! We ended up calling him back a couple of months later when our toilet started leaking. His assistant came in to assess the leak. He called us and explained what needed to be replaced and why and repaired the toilet nice and quick. No problems since. We have definitely found ""our plumber"". Thank you Juan and team!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this company.
I'm a handy guy but I bought one of those Asian toilets that had a weird water stop valve with a filter and couldn't connect it myself. I called many plumbers in the area and they were only one of a handful that contacted me within a very reasonable time. They worked be into their schedule and quickly diagnosed the issue, got the parts and fixed the issue. The price was very fair and wouldn't think twice if I need a plumber in the future and suggest you look no further and only hope they're not too busy.

I reached out for an estimate for a repair on a bathroom sink that was not draining. Super reliable, friendly, and honest service. There was blockage in the pipe leading to our septic tank. Juan squeezed us in to his busy schedule and came out to our property the next day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 10 min.

This review is for customer service not labor. Made telephonic contact, explained project, he indicated he was interested, forwarded approved plans for review and bidding, inquired for an update, stated been busy, would have bid at this date/time, never received it. Could have simply said unable, not interested, or simply cant do project. Communication is key. Took my $10K-$15K new construcrion project elsewhere.
