Called Johnny to help with a clog at my mother's home. Other plumbers couldn't figure it out. Johnny and his team took the time to find the source and they got it done.

****CONSUMERS BE WARE***** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AS JOHNNY RENDER JR IS *NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER*, HE IS A DISHONEST PERSON, AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR HOME AND MONEY. In January 2023 I paid Jetting Johnny LLC aka Johnny Render, Jr $5000 to replace a clogged sewer line. In June my contractors noticed the work was not done Johnny came back out and did spot work instead of replacing the full line which we discussed and is documented on my invoices and estimates. I was under the impression he was replacing the full line since that is what we discussed. In September I noticed the shower began to backup and flood just as it did in January. Johnny came out twice since September to snake the line, but the problem persists. When he came out the 2nd time in October, he tells me that there is a spot inside that is still bad. I ask how can that be when I paid you to replace the sewer line inside? He is now switching his story saying I only paid him to fix the pipe by the toilet. I told him that was a lie. I had photos and receipts. My receipts show I paid him for 10 feet of piping, the photos do not reflect it. I begged and pleaded with him to just come back and make it right and complete the job I paid him to do. He refused to take any responsibility in the matter. I decided to look him up and learned he is not licensed. Again, I paid him for 10 feet worth of pipe, which he did NOT install. Throughout the entire process I have been patient and understanding with Johnny, but I am fed up with his actions and shady business practices. I can no longer tolerate or accept this type of treatment. The address he provided on his invoice is ficticious and non-existent. JOHNNY.. WHERE DID YOU INSTALL 10FT WORTH OF PIPE EXACTLY? YOU SAY IT WAS MORE, WHERE IS IT THEN? ARE YOU SURE WE NEVER DISCUSSED REPLACING THE LINE? HOW DID YOU END UP WITH $5000 OF MY MONEY? I PAID YOU IN JANUARY TO FIND OUT 6 MONTHS LATER THE JOB WASNT DONE? OOOH YOU THOUGHT I WAS STUPID OR SOMETHING??

It is a pleasure to do business with this company! The plumbing in my home was backed up badly and was leaking into the front yard. There was a bad smell and appearance! Having dealt with a few plumbing companies in the past, I was dreading this as it was so expensive! I called and got a response immediately! As promised, they arrived on time and fixed the issue! His service was fast, affordable, and professional! Due to the age of my house, I will need some plumbing repairs in the near future. I will only be contacting Jetting Johnny! He was super knowledgeable and patient! Do yourself a favor... call Jetting Johhny !
