We had Jetters and Snakes come out and they put a video camera down the drains and provided video evidence of what the problem was...tree roots had broken and clogged the pipes as well as several toys stuff down there (from our kids years ago). Jetters and Snakes advised us what had to be done. They professionally dug up the drains and replaced them, then had the concrete patio replaced. It now looks better than new at a very fair price. Very professional and convenient.
