Guys at Jetters Only came out 3 times to our Condo and left a job incomplete all 3 times. Thanks to our surveillance we noted them completely ignoring the clean outs that they were hired to jet out. In one occurrence you clearly see them hovering over a huge mess they made just a few days before, only to walk away from it as if it wasn't even there. Terrible. Do not use their services for any reason.

Hey Paul (owner), your initial service was on 08/20 and your work done was obviously insufficient and your guys weren't even there 6 hours that you were paid for. On 08/24 a mess formed from one of the clean outs that you were supposed to have jetted. 08/25 you guys were called over to complete your work and clean out the mess. There is plenty of surveillance footage to prove what your guys did/didn't do. Shame you're trying to defend yourself after so much evidence being presented. The guys literally looked over the mess and walked away from it on 08/25 as the two photos prove. You then claimed the service was done, only to come back out on Sunday because you guys received photos of what was posted on Yelp. Yes, you finally did have it cleaned but there still are problems you're avoiding. This company screams SCAM.

DO NOT USE! They lie to you and do not do as they say. I have video footage of them not doing the work and they still charge you full price. When you call and talk to the office, if you talk to Paul, he will hang up on you. I will NOT be using this company ever again. I'll be telling everyone I know to not use this company. They have already come back 3 times because I caught them in a lie for not cleaning the waste lines as promised.

I called Jetters only to clear roots from the sewer line. They came 1hour and 45 minutes later. the guy spend more time filling up the tank on the truck with water than jetting the line. They don't carry a camera with them so I called another plumber the next day to see if the line was clear of roots, the roots were still there. I doubt if this Hydrojetting really does anything???. So since the job was guarantied for 30 days, I called them again and they came back to rejet the line, this time they had me wait 3 1/2 hours before they showed up. What a creepy, unpleasant guy, he does not want you around to see what he is doing. He left without saying anything, when I came out to check if the truck was still at the gate, I saw the gloves he used [5 gloves] were thrown on the street in front of the house. For what they charge!!! Stay away.

We had a main line back up on a holiday. I called Jetters Only and they were out within the hour. Service was quick, efficient and very reasonalbe. I would recommend calling them for service in a heartbeat!
