I've been a homeowner for 14 years and my unit is just as old. The builder did some weird plumbing mojo with the 2nd floor kitchen pipes. The kitchen sink gets backed up every so often. I've had it snaked at least 3 times by various plumbers and it's been hydro-jetted once. Jetter Pro Plumbing and Drain Services popped up on my Yelp page when I searched for Hydro-jet services. I sent a message through Yelp asking for pricing and detailing what I needed done. I asked about snaking the drain and possibly the hydro-jet service.

Luciano responded and said he could be at my place the following morning at 8 am. I let him know that my husband would be home. He never told me the pricing, which is what I asked for in the first place. Minus 1 star. They arrived around 8:12 am and my husband let them in to assess the sink situation. I let my husband know what I expected to be done since I've lived there longer than him. I also told him price range as to what I expected it to cost so he could okay the work without bothering me while I was at the office.

Snaking the drain is essentially punching a whole through the sludge and is only a band-aid to the problem, and it could resurface down the line. If you hydro-jet or flush the pipes, the issue will be resolved longer term. Anyway, he decided to have them snake the drain. It took them about 2 hours to do since we are on the 2nd floor. Pricing was a bit higher than what I expected for snaking the drain but inflation sucks for everyone. The guys put on booties when entering the house and kept it as clean as they could. They unclogged it and now the water runs freely. Let's see how long this lasts before the sink gets clogged again. By the way, we don't pour fats/oils/food down our sink drains but can't help what little bits accumulate over time. The main drain out is shared with other units which is bothersome and the pipes are done in such a way that every plumber gets frustrated when they come out to my place.

Phil and Luciano came out to replace our very old water pressure regulator and also rerouted the sprinkler line shutoff valve so as to be able to shut off the house water without shutting the sprinklers off. They did a terrific job, were super nice, polite, professional, and got the job done in an extremely timely manner while paying great attention to the details. You can tell they are both very experienced and knowledgeable. We appreciate their help and felt we got good quality work for the price we agreed to. We will definitely use them again in the future if another project comes up.

Recently had our kitchen remodeled after a pipe break flooded our first floor. Once we got the counters and sink in we needed a new faucet and disposal installed. We called several plumbing companies for a quote but most would not do that over the phone and only wanted to set an appointment for the next week. I called Jetter Pro Plumbing and spoke to Luciano and he gave me pricing right away and i had an appointment with him and Phil to come out. They showed up at the scheduled time and did an excellent job! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly at a fair price! Any plumbing services needed in the future we will definitely be calling them for sure!

Wanted to give my high recommendation to Jetter pro. This is my second time using them and I am very pleased with their reliability, timeliness and communication. They replaced our 10 year old tankless water heater with a larger Noritz model and a whole house water filter that required substantial re piping and new valve placements both under and in our home. When one of their new fittings turned out to be defective, they came the next day and replaced it at no extra cost. Everything was done neatly, on time and on budget and I could not be happier with their service.

Suffice it to say, we spent a small fortune to repair a major plumbing failure at our house! That said, if there were ever 2 guys who could have done a more thorough job, checking every detail as they were navigating the mistakes previous plumbers had made, coupled with pipes in the ground that were close to 100 years old, well, all I can say is that they were just great! Luciano is courteous and honest with his estimates, easy to communicate with, and Phil has an amazing history of working on just about everything and every problem imaginable. After quite a bit of energy digging, sawing, gluing, and being very patient, they dialed in the configurations that needed reconfiguring, outsourced the group needed to do a pipe sleeve, and now we are confident with every visit to the bathroom, every faucet we use, all things that are attached to the water/drain apparatus, we're safe. 2 very hard workers who did a great job, thank you!

Am I so glad that Luciano answered the phone one Friday morning around 10 am ! Our home warranty contractor never returned my call, and we were stuck with a clogged kitchen sink. He said that they could come over between 1 and 2 that day. What a relief! Two gentlemen, Luciano and Phil, showed up right on time and started to snake it right away. As it turned out, the piping job under the sink was defective (someone previously had taken shortcuts), which caused some leakage problems. They were able to replace those pipes. Not only were those two gentlemen hard-working professionals but also they were courteous, honest and meticulous. Just as what I read in a bunch of YELP reviews here. You really cannot go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended!
