This review is based only on a free estimate that they provided. Two guys came out to provide an estimate for the installation of a water monitor. Their estimate came out to $400 more than the next highest estimate I received. When I mentioned that it was high, they asked if I had received other quotes, which I had, and said they could maybe knock off a few hundred but it still wouldn't have been competitive. They also mentioned that they install brass unions, which they claimed are expensive. Looking it up on Home Depot, I see that those are at most like $20 but can go for much less. Obviously, I passed on these guys. I would strongly recommend comparing their quote with other companies'.

We need our tankless water heater maintenance done. They gave us the best quote, and I was a little worried that because the quote was so reasonable that they would not be able to perform as well.

I am so glad to be wrong. The team that showed up (there were two plumbers) were courteous, on time (huge plus) and knoweldgeable.

They identified additional issues and were very helpful. They didn't try any hard sells or pressure us into doing additional work. We have a new build, so our builder is in contact with us about the needed repairs, but if we ever need a plumber, Jetter Pro will be the ones we call without hesitation. In addition I appreciate that they are tech savvy and I got an invoice emailed to me on the spot. Thank you!

Jetter Pro Plumbing responded very quickly to my request and even sent out an estimated quote without needing to come in for a visual inspection. They recommended that I replace my old Rheem water heater with a Bradford White. At first I was hesitant because everywhere I looked online it was Rheem this and Rheem that but after some additional research I decided to place my trust in them since they are the professionals! They were able to come before our original time and they were able to finish faster than I expected. They wore masks and kept social distance which I appreciated. They were also happy to explain any maintenance and answer all of my questions. Definitely will be calling them a year from now to help do maintenance on our water heater!

Luciano and Phil, with Jetter Pro, are very considerate and professional. We had a clogged drain from the disposal to the main line. They cleared the clog and inspected the line from the house out to the main line. Our house is 40 years old and this line has a lot of build up in it and will need to be water jetted. I scheduled an appointment to have this done but since this is rather costly, we decided to put it off for while. They were very understanding when I canceled the appointment.
This is a relatively new company but the owners are experienced in their field, trust worthy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.
