Your 3 guys were cussing out my sister & Mother with my kids next to them in Old Town Temecula today. They were having trouble parking their car and instead of helping them out, they started talking trash then cussed them out then later on cussed out my wife and wanted to FIGHT her?! Really?? Called for my 85 year old father who toilet was stopped up. They said give them about an hour, Josh showed up like in 15 minutes and completed the job. Very pleased with their service.

I found Josh on NEXTDOOR. He was more than fair and up-front. Hired him to install a faucet but so many other issues were found and fixed us right up. He came on-time. Couldn't finish due to parts and came back on a Sunday-no extra charge! I really liked how he gave us a price up front, not charging by the hour. I will definitely use Jets again because of how up front Josh was for pricing-no surprises. Also the communication was EXCELLENT-NEVER had to wait for a response which I truly appreciated.

The tech Joshua came out to service my house cause I had a sink in my upstairs bathroom that kept leaking and also had a toilet that was clogged. I had to call him out two different times and both times he was very professional and friendly. He was able to get both jobs done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. I also make sure I tell all my friends and family about this wonderful company.

We were in a bind. Our toilet was stopped up and our home warranty let us down. After searching online, I found this company. Thank God!!

They are Professional!!! Quoted a time and said he would call me back if he or staff could come sooner... kept his word. Tech was there shortly after the initial call and fixed our toilet. On a SUNDAY!

This will be my company of choice from now on!
