I initially called them after a week of no contact. I was told by my insurance that they were going to contact me to set up an appointment, they never did. Should've saw this as a sign. Never answered their phone! I was always had to leave a message. After the first appointment never heard back from them. Even though I was willing to fix any issue even if my insurance didn't cover it.

I just wanted to give a very big THANK YOU to Ron and Jose at Jets Electrical and Plumbing. My mother's had blow 2 fuses in her older home and one was for the garage which I guess somehow had blown her heater and being as it was old the part had been discontinued she was going to have to get a new one. After getting two fuses replaced she was told ahead of time needed a new fuse box. My mom is 91 years old and at this point we had no heat in her house. When everything finally went into motion (about 2 weeks later) Ron and Jose came on the April 4 and the minute they got out of their truck it started pouring rain but knowing my mom had no heat they started the job and finished it the same day not stopping until they had to wait for PG&E to come and inspect what they had did and turn everything back on. I wasn't home by the time everything was turned back on and later on asked my mom where they had put the grounds in to bring everything up to code. I couldn't find one of the grounds and the next day when I had called the office they gave me Ron's number he said he'd come over. Within 15 minutes they were there to show me the grounds and explained exactly what the purpose was for installing them. They were very polite and patient with my mom who always has a lot of questions. I really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism during the whole project and the extra time they took to come back over. Great Service, Thank you very much. Annette

These guys really did not disappoint and I'm a hard person to make happy cause I like to do most projects myself Ron sent out John and 9 and a half digits for the job and they were awesome took there time and completed a job a few plumbers honestly said no too...

We have a few electrical issues in the Pleasanton home and our home warranty company American Home Shield sent the work order to Jets Electrical. Jose Rios from Jets arrived on the scheduled date 3/22/2024 and quickly resolved all electrical issues. The problem with the doorbell transformer was not as straight forward but he quickly fixed it. He was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He is a very skilled technician and I highly recommend him.

They are the best. Had an issue with our pressure regulator and after 2 plumbers came out and couldn't do it. They came out and replaced it with no issue. Very responsive.

I saved $16,000 today by changing electricians to Jose Rios at Jets Electric!

The first electrician came to diagnose lights out in my small sewing room. After working on one outlet and the main power box for 20 minutes he asked me to move all furniture away from the walls for him to finish the job. When he left my house I found lights were not working I half my house. His boss comes the next day to tell me it was an overload of the circuit and to run 4 new lines ($6,000) and a new power box ($10,000). American home shield refused to pay for overloaded circuit so I called in a second opinion! This took a month total.

Enter Jose Rios at Jet's Electric. In 3 minutes he got lights to come on! He took apart the outlet and disconnected a cable Then went to the power box and voila!!! The hallway and 2 bathrooms and master bedroom lights immediately came back on!!! Took him 3 minutes tops!! He replaced the hardware on one outlet in sewing room and it worked! In less the 20 minutes he had all the lights in the house running.

Jose is so knowledgeable (20 yrs experience), efficient, confident, professional, honest and humble! All those talents translated into saving me so much time and money. I am incredibly grateful to him! Truly, you need to hire the right guy/gal to get the job done well!!!

Worst to diagnose a Bathroom Exhaust fan as a contractor for American Home Shield. Bathroom Exhaust fan is 30 years old making noise, failure to remove Moisture of mold and mildew, poor performance, not working properly, moisture stains on walls and ceilings. They report to American Home Shield that the fan is working. Don't Trust This Company to do Work when they report like this back. Beware!!!!
