I recently hired JetPipe to complete a full sewer lateral replacement at my home, upgrading from old clay pipes to modern PVC. Out of six plumbing companies I contacted, they provided the lowest bid--by a noticeable margin--but what really impressed me was the quality of their service and professionalism throughout the entire process.

From the beginning, they were friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. They took care of everything, including pulling the necessary permits and coordinating with the city inspector. The crew showed up on time, kept the work area tidy, and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

The inspection passed without any issues, and now I have peace of mind knowing that the new PVC line is solid and up to code. Called in and reached to Stefan (the owner) to have a softener installed as the quality of my water during shower based on the tests showed high content of calcium and elevated pH level. To my amazement they showed up within the next hour for a quote of the softener and mentioned a rebate with San Jose if replacing the Gas Water Heater to a Heat Pump Water Heater.
Scheduled the installation the very next day and they finished by the end of the day. Both the softener and the New Water Heater got approved by the city.

Wanted to share this earlier but was anticipating the city inspection.
During the inspection itself Stefan stopped by with all necessary documents and explained everything that he and his team have done.

The inspector passed the inspection within 10 minutes and had a little chat about the other work they have inspected for Jetpipe team, even the inspector recommended them for sewer re pipe, which I will be doing next with them.

Had JetPipe Plumbing install an Aquasana whole house filter, conditioner, and UV system recently, and Shtetfan and his crew did a great job. They were polite and professional. Everything's been working smoothly since the install a month ago with no issues.

They're an up-and-coming business which I love to support and they proved to be super accommodating. They listened to my suggestions and worked with me to make the most efficient use of the space I had available, which I really appreciated. They made a couple trips to get the right fittings and were without much hassle. Pricing was very reasonable and within my expectation -- they were the first one that responded to my request and beat all the other quotes I got.

Would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for future plumbing needs.

Services: Great plumbing services. Stefan has done the entire plumbing at my home, installed water heater and water softner previously. This time Stefan installed PRV (pressure reducing valve) and fix the moving bathroom faucet installed by someone else previously.
Material: Generally plumbers use Type M copper pipe but he uses Type L copper pipe which is more strong and runs longer.
Time: He was 30 min before time and done with all the tasks within 2 hours.
Pricing: I checked with few other plumbers too but his quote was the cheapest.

Stefan was right on time with the set appointment scheduled. He is very professional and his work is very clean.
