We tried booking this company because of the great reviews, but had some trouble with scheduling and communication. It felt like their hands were too full to respond. When we did get an appointment after communicating for a while, we had to reschedule due to work (this was on us), but we never got a response regarding rescheduling. It just felt like they didn't want anymore customers. 3 stars bec we never really tried their services (so giving 1 star would be unfair) but removing 2 stars bec coms and customer service could do way better.

I found out about JetLine Plumbing from a friend who highly recommended him. I was not disappointed. Steven was on time, courteous, and very reasonably priced. He will tell it to you straight and will not try to extract more money from you. He has replaced a cartridge for a sink and a bath tub -- both were fairly complicated but he fixed them in reasonable time and at a fair price -- lower than most other plumbers. Steven also fixed a whole house water filter that he did not himself install. I have never recommended a plumber before; this is the first time I would.

After a less than perfect start, the owner contacted me personally and helped me with my clogged drain. I understand that when you have staff to manage, sometimes scheduling may be challenging and appreciate the efforts the company made to help! Will definitely use them again.

Our toilet started to flood and we noticed that it was backing up into our other bath tub too. After trying to figure out the problem ourselves, we decided to go ahead and look for a plumber. I found JetLine online around midnight and requested a quote. Yelp has a feature that sends out my issue to other plumbers around to get multiple quotes.

I woke up the next morning and got alot of replies but they all did the same and asked for name and address before anything else. JetLine got straight to the point and told us what we're looking at and could be there that same morning.

Steven stopped by and helped my parents understand what was going on and what needed to be done. He explained to us that our main line was clogged up and imagine if 10 gallon was to go through that tiny hole. So he had the equipment to hydro jet our main line and now my pipes are cleared and squeaky clean.

Steven was professional, courteous, and even took the time to look at our other fixtures that may have an issue. He told us what might needed to be done or what we don't have to do. That made all of my parent's worry go away. We are definitely going to keep his number for future projects.

I had to get my water fixtures for my washing machine line replaced due to corrosion. Steven was the first to respond with quote! No one excuse of "" we need to send someone out to assess the situation to provide you a definite answer"". Asked for the next available time (which was the next day) and managed to get it done quick without issues.

Then Steven mentioned about my tankless water heater and the maintenance it needed. I have been trying to get someone but everyone keeps giving me the runaround. Steve gave me a quote that I was fine with and bam! Set up the next appointment and was done.

I appreciate Steven's promptness and straightforward response. I'll continue to do business with him in the future for my plumbing needs!

I called Steven about a week in advance to schedule an inspection for a leak we knew we were having due to an incredibly high water bill. Steven is really great to communicate with. On the day of the appointment he was so kind to check on everything to see where our leak could be coming from. He was able to determine the possible cause and this was such a huge help. We have many updates to do to our plumbing system, but I really appreciated that he stayed focused on the most important task at the time and didn't make us feel like everything else is falling apart in our home. He gave solid recommendations on what things we need to tackle first and foremost. We havent' tackled these things yet, but when we do, we know who to call. Highly recommend them! :)
