John M.Lance is incredible! Our tub had stopped draining and after several attempts to clear it, our landlord called jet-r-rooter. He is the one to call for the tough jobs. He knows the homes in the area and quickly guessed that a snake would do more harm than good. After crawling under the house through a 2ft by 9 inch crawl space, he found the problem and was back early the next day ready to cut and weld. The tub was back in working order in no time! Lance was so easy going and friendly (not qualities required for a plumber, but a nice addition).
