I called Jet Plumbing because a drain line broke, leaving my family short one bathroom and a kitchen sink. A lady answered and I explained my problem. She said she would get the message to the plumbers and they would get in touch with me. I asked her how long I should wait before I give up and call someone else because this is a fairly serious problem. She told me that she wrote it down as an emergency call, and they would get back to me soon. Well, after two days of washing dishes in the back yard, I called someone else. Now, it has been five days and still no word from JET Plumbing ! I can't imagine how they came up with that company name.

Had to have lines reworked due to pipes bursting in slab. Called owner Taff and he sent someone right over. Next day guys were on site and working on getting the job done. Guys were very friendly and cleaned up everything before they left. Taff explained to me what they were going to do and gave me an initial estimate of best case scenario and worse case. Estimate was right on the money. Taff was very friendly and very honest about what the work was going to involve. Will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing needs. Great company and super easy to deal with! I highly recommend!

The guys of JET plumbing were very timely and friendly. I was given an estimate and the services cost what was estimated. There were no surprises. The two guys that came to my house talked through the entire process so that I knew exactly what was going on. Everything was put back in place (as much as possible with outside plumbing work), and my problem fixed in under an hour. I will use JET for future plumbing needs.
