My wife and I rented a condo and discovered that the shower in the master bedroom had no water pressure. We contacted the management company, they sent out their handyman he could not fix the issue so Jet Plumbing was called. The first technician to show up was fine, he was on but had to order parts to fully resolve the problem so we sent an appointment for the following week in the 8-10am timeframe. Next week around 9:30 I call to find out where he is and am told by dispatch that my appointment was changed to 12-2pm they just forgot to call. I had to get to work at that point so had to reschedule. The next day the plumber was out on time but he did not have any of the parts he was supposed to order so he cleaned out a few things and left problem still not resolved. So I contact the management company ask them to again send out a plumber. Jet calls again I explain what has happened so far, they schedule an appointment for 4-6pm the next day. I ask if they have the parts they assure me they do. The next day they call to cancel since they don't have the parts. They call back a week later to reschedule now that they have the parts we set it for 4-6pm again they call at noon that day and cannot make it. We reschedule for the next day from 4-6pm. They call at 3:00pm and cancel asking if they can do it in the morning since they are not sure they can get the issue resolved in the 4-6pm time frame. I ask the person why no one said that in the first place instead of just cancelling two back to back appointments, he blamed dispatch. Finally new plumber comes out, seems to know what he is doing replaces the parts and all seems well. Aside from the fact that our shower no longer has a cold setting the pressure works and I am not letting them touch it again to recalibrate the settings.

I am a property manager and recently had an amazing experience with Jet. Tommy is just about as good as it gets. He is honest and up front with his information when assessing a job. In this particular case I had a failing sewer in at an older home in Sparks. Instead of going straight to replacement of the whole line he recommended the line be viewed with a camera to see where the problem was located. At the onset Tommy was up front and honest presenting me with different options. I approved a patch and repair. Once into the job it was made apparent that replacement of the line was unavoidable. Tommy kept me informed as the changes developed which allowed me to represent my owners best interest. Jet -Tommy went above and beyond the call of duty with customer service in the fore front of each decision. What an asset he is to Jet Plumbing. If he is representative of the caliber of employee which Jet employs they will always be included in the biding on jobs I have.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After getting multiple bugs to replace my water heater they came out as soon as possible and came in hundreds under the other companies. They had the work completed within 24 hours. The office staff and Jason were so nice and professional. I will continue to use them with any plumbing issues I have.

We had these guys come out to help us get our gas dryer hooked up at a home we're moving into. First, they were 3 hours late. It's cold out and they're busy so I'm okay with that-- but they didn't call at all, they were just late. It took them about 5 minutes tops to hook the dryer up to the gas line but they couldn't fully install it because I didn't have a vent-- and they didn't bring one. Given they knew they were installing a dryer I would think they'd come with this handy.
I next asked them to please look at 2 other items in our home-- a leaky faucet and a clogged toilet. The plumbers (there were 2) told me that ""they were on a tight schedule,"" and had only come out to look at the dryer. This was pretty laughable given that they were 3 hours late! They said they could do it ""only if it was quick."" So they head into the bathroom and after looking at the toilet say ""it probably just needs a plunger..."" again, they didn't have this equipment handy (nor did I since I'm in the process of moving into this house). A plumber with no plunger-- really!
So I'm thinking third try will be a charm-- the leaky sink in the kitchen. They spend a half-second turning it on and off and then say ""probably the cartridge. you should just replace the faucet."" I'm thinking at this point that they probably didn't have any tools or spare parts to really assess what was wrong or fix it so didn't bother asking any questions.
I would definitely not use Jet for any type of service again.

I appreciate their on time response and professional attitudes of Larry and Bill, the estimator. If you call Jet, and they use the sewer line camera, watch it, very interesting.

An estimator came to our house and told us he could replace our sink. He measured and ordered a new sink in the color and size I wanted. When the sink arrived, it did not fit! I had also ordered a faucet and two other items that had to be returned and for which I lost a restocking fee. Of course, I had to cancel the job because the sink these so-called ""experts"" ordered didn't fit where they measured. Today, they had the gaul to send me a bill for $125 for labor to try and install and then uninstall the sink that wouldn't fit. I will not pay them a dime and take it to court if I have to. Beware - they are incompetent and then have the nerve to try and make you pay for their mistakes.

We have used Jet Plumbing, Heating & Drain to handle a number of plumbing issues over the year (installing new fixtures, dealing with clogged drains, etc) and we recently tried out their heating and cooling folks when we arrived home from vacation to find our air conditioner not functioning properly. We called Jet and they were able to send someone out within a few hours and the repair person immediately found the problem and fixed it. Things have been working great ever since then. In the future I'll be turning to Jet for all my heating and cooling repair and service needs. I highly recommend them!

Do not go with Jet Plumbing!!
I first called them for a leak in my bathtub. They came fix the problem and try to charge me for 1.5 hour while the worker was in my house 30 minutes.
6 weeks later the bathtub was leaking again. I called them back so the same plumber can fix it once and for good. Not only I had to pay for it but I was charged AGAIN for 1.5 hour + other cost for a total of $230. They are lying about the amount of time spent and adding as much extra as possible. Not to mention that the problem should have been fixed from the very first time!
Please, find a hon nest company who is not trying to take advantage of you!

This company was supposed to come out and check on my hot water heater. I gave them my phone number to call. They never called me on that number but called me on a different phone number. They had a lock box code but could not figure how to work it out. There were 4 lock boxes and they could not figure out how to use it and then charged over $200. Find a responsible company and do not use these guys.

Technician Ed came over to fix my A/C as it was hot as hell in my house. He tested the inside and outside systems. All readings were great and the A/C system was in good operating condition. He then went under the house, where he found an air duct totally disconnected and blowing A/C under the house instead of into the house. Problem solved. Worth every penny as I'm handicapped and can't get under the house to check stuff like that. THANK YOU!
