My HOA has needed Jet Plumbing quite a bit the last two years.

Laguna Terrace is an older community built in 1978. So the last two years Jet has been called to the property for four pretty good sized water leaks, one wasn't really a leak, it was a flat out gusher. We had a new water feature in front of four homes and a decent sized stream flowing across the drive and out the gate.

Because the community is older, there are many older residents on fixed incomes. Jet has kept this in mind after accessing each problem. The representative from Jet and Nichol from Management Trust (our management company) go over the seriousness of each incident. Prioritizing if it can be on a wait list or is an emergency. This helps save weekend and overtime rates on our budget.
We always get decent notice of their upcoming schedule. We have to notify the entire community of 36 homes when they will be losing water for and entire day or longer.

One of our last issues was so severe a 6 foot by 12 foot and 6 foot deep hole had to be dug. I was concerned about landscaping that was lost and fences that would have to be replaced. I was so excited when I checked out the completion of the project. OMG ! You couldn't even tell anything was done. The sidewalk had no chips. All the trees and shrubs are thriving. The zero scape rocks where all put back. I'm glad I ran into the lead guy yesterday, I wanted him to know how fabulous it looked. I couldn't get over the effort they made to make it look perfect again. I really thought it was going to be an added expense to put the enclosures and landscaping back.

The crew has always been thoughtful where trucks and other equipment are placed on the property not to disturb the residents too much.

Hopefully we won't need Jet the rest of this year. Love you guys but four visits in a two year period is tough on the budget.

What a horrible experience I had with this company. They were hired for an inspection for a property purchase in 8/22-which they said was fine. Less than 6 months later I had an emergency plumbing service need that they were unavailable to help with. I paid that and needed a quote for redoing pipes, likely a $10K job-did I mention that 6 months ago they said it was good to go? I asked them to come back and quote a comparison -they came out and said another guy needed to come out and it would be another week. The day before they called and asked me to pay for the guy coming out to quote. Horrible experience, horrible service, and can't even stand by their own work to which we they supposedly warrantied. Don't call or use this company, you don't matter as a customer at all-they will overcharge for work they don't do.

Just don't! This company is a fraud, lies to me about TRPA regulations, claimed they needed to have heavy equipment to dig, Hoffman plumbing came out A week later with 2 guys, 2 shovels, no heavy equipment, no blocking off lanes on Highway 50, and did it in a half a day for 1/4 of the price they quoted. COMPLETE JERKS AND RIPOFFS!! Just don't!!!

Requested specialized hydronic water heater replacement on a Friday... fully installed and working by Monday. Professional, great communication with office and easy payment process. Most importantly... Tristan and Jesse are skilled plumbers that really know their trade. They informed me of different issues during the process, cleaned up the jobsite and were super professional all the way. This is how to run a company - highly recommended!

A very poor experience with this incompetent poor excuse for a plumbing company. Three trips to my house to fail each time to fix what another plumbing company fixed in one. Then after complaining about the crappy attempt they could care less.

We own a business in Reno and our next-door neighboring business had plumbing issues. They asked if they could have my key to let the plumber in because the sewage is all connected. Jet plumbing came in and removed both of our toilets. They also put a hole in our wall which was left un-repaired. When they reinstalled one of the toilets, they did not put in a new O-ring and therefore there was a leak. The leak caused black mold on the floor. They sent someone over to remove our flooring. The guy did a halfway job only removing part of the flooring which left some down that still had black mold. We then proceeded to remove the rest of the flooring ourselves and fix all of the issues. Jet had offered to have someone do the labor on it but after they did such a halfway job, we went ahead and reinstalled the flooring ourselves. I have asked them to pay for the flooring which is less than a few hundred dollars. I also asked if they'll come back and put the toilet in with a new O-ring and they flat out refused. I will never do business with this company and I would recommend that you do not either.

They first said that the travel cost is just included in the travel trip. But the worker counts the travel trip in the hours and also tries to ripe you by putting a used part from other water heaters and the customer service is rude. Everytime we tried calling them they hang up on us and they charged us $600 for a used part claiming that it was pulled from a new water heater that was going to be installed. They charged $2000 including 7 hours labor, travel, and parts costs from Reno to Fallon.

Jet Plumbing Saved The Day For Me
I had two clogged toilets I called Jet Plumbing Jason and Caleb came to my home the very next day, they are so fast friendly, kind ,hard working men and so intelligent they totally understand all of my plumbing problems, and then they solved all of my plumbing problem fast and easy I have never been so happy with a company these guys did there best to save me ( MONEY ) and actually seems to care about me as a important customer, by taking the time to talk with me about the problem in my pipes and they best ways to fix them ,wow I was so impressed, we all know how important plumbing is.
The most important thing about my experience with Jet Plumbing is I know this company did there best to save me ( Hundreds of Dollars )

After a VERY bad experience with a different plumber, I needed to completely replace the sewer line at my house. After getting a bid from Jet Plumbing, I called a plumbing inspector with the City of Sparks to ask what he thought of the company. He said, in his experience, they always did high-quality, professional work.

I hired Tommy and his team to replace the sewer line, and am VERY happy with their work. They went way beyond what was expected, despite some surprises we found when we dug up the line and saw how badly the previous plumber had installed it.

Jet has restored some of my faith in people. They're honest, professional, and they do great work.
