A very poor experience with this incompetent poor excuse for a plumbing company. Three trips to my house to fail each time to fix what another plumbing company fixed in one. Then after complaining about the crappy attempt they could care less.

We own a business in Reno and our next-door neighboring business had plumbing issues. They asked if they could have my key to let the plumber in because the sewage is all connected. Jet plumbing came in and removed both of our toilets. They also put a hole in our wall which was left un-repaired. When they reinstalled one of the toilets, they did not put in a new O-ring and therefore there was a leak. The leak caused black mold on the floor. They sent someone over to remove our flooring. The guy did a halfway job only removing part of the flooring which left some down that still had black mold. We then proceeded to remove the rest of the flooring ourselves and fix all of the issues. Jet had offered to have someone do the labor on it but after they did such a halfway job, we went ahead and reinstalled the flooring ourselves. I have asked them to pay for the flooring which is less than a few hundred dollars. I also asked if they'll come back and put the toilet in with a new O-ring and they flat out refused. I will never do business with this company and I would recommend that you do not either.

They first said that the travel cost is just included in the travel trip. But the worker counts the travel trip in the hours and also tries to ripe you by putting a used part from other water heaters and the customer service is rude. Everytime we tried calling them they hang up on us and they charged us $600 for a used part claiming that it was pulled from a new water heater that was going to be installed. They charged $2000 including 7 hours labor, travel, and parts costs from Reno to Fallon.

I had two clogged toilets I called Jet Plumbing Jason and Caleb came to my home the very next day, they are so fast friendly, kind ,hard working men and so intelligent they totally understand all of my plumbing problems, and then they solved all of my plumbing problem fast and easy I have never been so happy with a company these guys did there best to save me ( MONEY ) and actually seems to care about me as a important customer, by taking the time to talk with me about the problem in my pipes and they best ways to fix them ,wow I was so impressed, we all know how important plumbing is.
The most important thing about my experience with Jet Plumbing is I know this company did there best to save me ( Hundreds of Dollars )

After a VERY bad experience with a different plumber, I needed to completely replace the sewer line at my house. After getting a bid from Jet Plumbing, I called a plumbing inspector with the City of Sparks to ask what he thought of the company. He said, in his experience, they always did high-quality, professional work.

I hired Tommy and his team to replace the sewer line, and am VERY happy with their work. They went way beyond what was expected, despite some surprises we found when we dug up the line and saw how badly the previous plumber had installed it.

Jet has restored some of my faith in people. They're honest, professional, and they do great work.

The plumber came out to flush out the cold water because of sediment frI'm our well. He spent 3 and a half hours working on the faucet and he got done and said he is going to have to cone back cause now the face plate does not fit. He left a mess as well. He comes back a week later and spent another three and a half hours taking out everything he did the last time he was here. He put a new faucet in half way up the wall and it's unable to reach if in the bathtub.He left 2 holes in the shower where the old faucets were and a big mess on the tub from cutting out the wall.On his way out he left five bloody finger prints on my walls. so my bathtub is not even useable cause I can't reach the water.He left an open jar of some kind of glue . I wish I could post a picture. This is unbelievable.

WOW! Admittedly was nervous hiring a ""real"" plumber instead of a coupon guy or worse yet a Craigs guy. Not any more. The tech they sent, Nico, was everything i could have hoped for. Knew his stuff, polite, prompt and efficient. Best thing? I have hot water! Thanks Jet for sending Nico my way.

Yesterday the kitchen sink got clogged. Tried to snake it ourselves, but after a few hours we gave up and decided to call in a professional. Jet was recommended by a friend and they were here and gone within a few hours. I will definitely be calling them for other plumbing needs in the future
