Jet was fabulous. Quick to respond before a storm. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. I grew up with a father and grandfather who were plumbers and I can say that Tony and his brother knew their stuff and were proud of their work. Reasonably priced as well.

I had a great experience with Tony! I had a shower leak and needed to have the plumbing replaced. I chose Tony because not only was his quote less expensive than others, but he also provided a lot more detail and forethought when he came to look at my issue. He and his brother did the repairs quickly and were able to problem solve any issues that arose. They were very friendly and respectful, making sure everything was cleaner than when they arrived and wore masks the entire time.

I also found out after the repair was done that my plumbing leak had previously reached the unit below me. I needed some additional documentation from Tony for my insurance claim and he sent over everything I needed very quickly to help get it resolved. Overall, great experience for my first homeowner issue!

My husvand and I needed a plumber to install our new kitchen faucet and did not know who to call. He read about Jet Plumbing being a family run business and decided to call them.. found out later
that they are two brothers.
Tony , the owner spoke with him and gave him a time and that he would phone him before he left, and followed thru.
He and his brother arrived with masks and shoe protectors.
I must say that they were efficient, very neat, and the job was completed
perfectly. WE definitely will be calling on them in the future with any
of our plumbing problems.

I purchased a new refrigerator and needed a plumber to hook up the water line for the water and ice feature. A friend highly recommended Jet Plumbing, I'm glad she did. Tony and his brother are polite, prompt, honest, were respectful of my home( they even wore shoe covers), all around very professional. I will most certainly use them again when I need a plumber.

Put in a request through yelp! They responded right away, when I called them and they missed it, they called back and helped me work out a time that works best. He also had me send pics of the job so they could walk in prepared which I loved.

They arrive promptly on time after we made the appt. The work was a little bit expensive compared to what I thought it would be. They were done within an hour. I hope I never have to call again, but if I do, these are the guys I'd call

If you are reading these reviews to decide who to call, just stop what you're doing and call Jet Plumbing. Tony and his brother replaced all of my old copper plumbing with pex, added an exterior fixture, and repaired a shower diverter, in my two story colonial, all between the hours of 8am and 3pm in one day. The price estimate was spot on. The work was neat and flawless. They left the rooms they worked in as clean as they found them. They wore face masks and shoe covers the entire time. They are polite, friendly, honest, informative, responsive, punctual, and quick to answer any questions. I've been a home owner for over 20 years, and I regularly work with contractors professionally. Jet Plumbing is that rare gem of a company that every home owner should have on speed dial.

WOW !! Hard to imaging a better company.. We had a major job in Enfield, Ct., and the difficulty was compounded by antiquated previous plumbing, and the need to knock it out in a single day. My mom is ill and can't be without plumbing, so we were experiencing a major sense of urgency.
Tony, the owner, set us up with lightening speed, changed a water heater, and rerouted 65 year old pipes, and sinks. Truly remarkable !! They did it all, to perfection, with minimal interruptions..
Best ever !! I'd be happy to recommend, and talk with anyone who'd like to know more about our experience.
