I have had this tremendous heat pump for 3 years now and it is still working awesome and totally beautiful all the time in summer or winter. Everyone that reads this needs to go to Jet Industries and buy a very perfect heat pump. Jet Industries set it up very fast and it has always worked very perfectly. Thank you Jet Industries.

I am very impressed with this business. I just had a tankless water heater installed by another company yesterday and was dismayed to find out it needed a dedicated electrical circuit (after the unit was installed). The plumber said he knew a company that could send someone out and to expect a call from them. After waiting several hours with no call back I started considering the prospect of an ice cold morning shower before work. I began looking for an electrician myself. After a couple of calls, I tried Jet at 3p.m. They were very responsive to my situation. Sean, the electrical serviceman was out in the field when I called, but the receptionist said she would forward my info to him. He called me back within 30 minutes. When I explained my situation he said unfortunately they were slammed, the best he could do is reschedule some appointments and be there first thing in the morning (Today). They did exactly that. On New Years Eve Day. They also discovered that the gas line from the old water heater hadn't been properly capped off by the other company when they replaced the old unit, so we would be without cooking abilities on our gas range over New Year's. We called their plumbing department and they came out in 1/2 hour and fixed that too. Very good customer service and technical ability. At a fair price. Exceptional.

I just want to take a few minutes to say how much I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of your tech Taylor (spelling?) with Jet Communications, Salem. I live in Hope Valley Resort in Turner, Oregon and he was out for my initial installation and setup, and then again today to troubleshoot an issue with my connectivity. Taylor really takes ownership and pride in his work and he is diligent in ensuring the customer understands the work he is doing and is left completely satisfied. From the minute he arrives, he conveys true empathy and concern for the customer, as well as an obvious interest in demonstrating company pride. If I didn't know better, I would think he is a stakeholder in the business. He treats the individual customer as if the company's success is valued and appreciated. If this young man were on undercover boss, he would be receiving a promotion as a trainer for the staff company wide. If all of your technicians operate with this amount of professionalism and customer focus, the entire Jet Communications division is to be commended as well. Thanks for an incredibly positive experience!

I could not express my gratitude enough to this company! I have called countless companies trying to get my a/c fixed ASAP and with no luck I happen to Get ahold of Jet Industries and they were abLe to get me in thee same day! The other companies said 3 weeks out. The customer service from Tyler was amazing and he was so patient with me. When the technician got heRe. I believe his name Josh, came in the timefrAme I was told which is so appreciated and he was very friendly and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue and the prices were very great and comfortable. Then at the end of his job I ask about if they serviced furnaces and he replied yes anD offered to do it on the spot at a very reasonable price since he was already there. I could not express eNough great things about my experience and I would highly recommend this company

I work at a 55 and older community jet did the install of all split ac/heat units. They had 112 apartments to do. I had 30 units fail with in the first month of opening. Asked to have all units inspected told no. Left this complex for a year and a half. I'm back at this community now and one unit still has never been repaired. They are trying to blame on construction for a nail. But when I opened up walls copper was braised every 25 feet. Now they told me they would be back to finish repair today but know one showed up. I would not recommend using them.
