I'm really annoyed with Jet Drain now. Not only Raphael's toilet fix didn't work - still leaks, Aramis' new knob install FELL OFF. $200 for NOTHING! Abi offered to come out and make good on the Raphael's repair but no way now. 5star?!! I support family business, but I would NOT recommend Jet Drain!

Was having frequent back ups. Snaked the pipes, hydrojet. Finally dug out the drain and placed a two way. They used a camera and found the culprit. A long thin metal pipe was bent in the line. This was catching everything and backing it up they run the camera a few times and snaked it and got the pieces right out.

We were attracted to Jet Drain initially because of the great 5 star reviews. Many of the reviews referred to their tenacity in following through even if the problem is not totally straightforward. Well, add ours to the other 5 star reviews! Abi and Aramis came to fix what we all thought was just a garden variety clogged kitchen sink drain. After several attempts to snake through the clog and after much thought and investigation, Abi found the real problem--75 feet away-- a badly broken main drain line requiring endoscopic exploration and heavy duty excavation all handled neatly and expertly. All's well that ends well. Great job and we now have smooth flowing plumbing. We recommend Jet Drain wholeheartedly for any drainage issues.

I needed some help with a gas line for my bbq. JetDrain were on time for the estimate, and quoted me a fair price. They came out on Saturday and completed the job in a quick professional manner. Aramis did the work for me, and he was always very friendly, and conscious of keeping my home clean as he worked.
I would highly recommend Jet Drain for any of your plumbing needs!

Man oh man. Where do I begin. Abi and his crew have been nothing but some of the friendliest people I have met. My wife and I initially hired them for a tub drain issue we were having. Turned out. Our entire drain system was super clogged and cracked! They were able to replace everything from the main drain line to the smaller drains under the house. Their work is outstanding, clean,professional and HONEST. They're prices were unbeatable. These guys don't just come in and TRY then leave. They get to the bottom of the issue. I had a clogged bathroom sink and broken fixture and these guys were so great. I called and asked for a time and they came exactly at the time I said. Abi was super friendly and they did a very quick estimate which was reasonable and fixed the issue (which required him to go buy a part) within an hour and a half. They answered all my questions. This was such a painless experience unlike other similar companies I've dealt with. And they emailed me the invoice, which was great for my records. I highly recommend Jet Drain!

We needed a plumber to clear out our preschool's outdoor playground sinks that get clogged up with sand. When Abi came he also took a look at a couple of other things and it was no problem for him to add that on his to do list.

I needed some work done and brought in another plumber to diagnose. He quoted me $2500 to get to the sewer line 5-6 ft deep and replace the transition. I called in Ari and was able to properly inspect the sewer line and found no such issue, saving me huge amounts of money. Ari will do whatever it takes to get the job done and treats you like family.
