When my parents were getting the run around from other plumbers, I took on the responsibility of finding a reliable plumber for them. I sent and a message to thru their instagram page after checking out various sources on how these guys worked. Abi got back to me with in an hour or 2 and Aramis, his brother was at my parents property assessing the issue. He was very attentive to my dads ""theories"" on what the issue could be. And fixed the problem. My parents and I are happy to know that there are still professionals out there that do not take advantage of people when in need. Thanks guys!

Jet Drain is the best plumbing company out there.

Our company is remodeling our other location and we need to check the condition of the sewer pipe. Abi came with his crew and check the condition of the pipe using a camera. He gave us honest options on whether to replace the pipe or not compared to the other companies we asked. He gave us the best offer to replace the pipe and the best method. The crew that worked on job is very professional and did a very good job.

Rosa from the office coordinated with me on a timely manner for the information I needed.

We will be calling Jet Drain for all our drainage problems and will definitely be highly recommend.

My kitchen sink was backed up. I have had this same problem before and the last guy told me that he had to maneuver the snake down a branch of a ""T"" that goes down to the sewer drain. He had to try a bunch of times but got it done in an hour and charged me $100. This time we called Jet Drain. Abi said that he wanted to open up the wall and replace the ""T"" for $500 not including repair of the drywall. I said no way, just snake the pipe. Well he did just snake the pipe and charged me $275. He said that his guy spent a lot of time out there. I believe that. They just don't know how to do tricky pipes. Inexperience, maybe, just trying to rip me off, maybe. Either way I will not be using Jet Drain again. Beware and get an estimate up front and make sure they stick to it.

Jet drain is simply the best plumbing service you could possibly get. I had issues with my sink overflowing and not draining properly in Los Angeles. I did the whole typical get 3 estimates and Abi and his team were the only ones who identified the problem and gave real solutions. Ones that didn't require trying to cheat me of my money with false problems.

In fact Abi and has team were so professional and honest I ended up having them do plumbing work for my office and now I refer everyone who is having plumbing issues to contact Jet drain. These guys are the last honest hardworking team you can find in this industry. Highly recommend their services!

Completed a great job! We now have a tub drain clear of a very stubborn clog. Thanks to Abi at Jet Drain. We originally called another company and they could not clear it. Then they quoted me an insane price to drill through cement...I quickly dismissed them and will not call them again. I looked on YELP and saw Jet Drain and thanks to all the reviewers, I called. Abi answered the phone even though I called before the office was opened. He sent two very courteous guys out within 1 hour. They worked on it and realized the clog was mightier and they needed reinforcement, so they called Abi. Abi came right over and successfully cleared the clog within 15 minutes..He is amazing and professional and very courteous. WOO-HOO!. Jet Drain is definitely a keeper and their phone number will be displayed on my refrigerator for quick reference for future plumbing issues.

Called them out again last week because the shutoff valve in my other bathroom was leaking. They came out and screwed it in a little..said it was loose. That fixed it. Most embarrassing. So I said while they were out there, they might as well go as well go ahead and change the O ring as I couldn't remember when it had last been replaced. They opened it up, looked at it, said it looked fine. Charged me NOTHING for the visit. And not a drop has come out of the valve since their visit. Hard to beat that!

We started experiencing drain cloggage during production and contacted Jet Drain for morning appointment. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the cloggage by running a wire snake. Now my drain is cleared to perfection! These guys appear to be true professionals and it looks like we found our go-to plumbing experts! It's also great that their office/headquarter is located just down the street from us. Thank you!!!

Stay away from this company , they only want your money. The plumbing materials they work with are very cheap , which can cause major damage to the rest of your plumbing at a later time. Jet drain destroyed several things and did bother in repairing the damage items upon completion of their work. They are very unprofessional and careless about protecting the customer's property. Several weeks ago my wife contacted another plumbing company because the pipe that jet drain supposedly repaired was still leaking. jet drain charged me 1300 for the repairs to my pipe , which I thought it was outrages. the second company charge me 500$!!!! as you can see they only want your money. I also notice their employees don't carry not type of document stating they are license plumbers,which is out of the ordinary because all plumbing companies that I dealt with in the past have them visible in their person at all times. They seem to pick people off of the street . For example , numerous gang tattoos, broken English, poor writing skills and terrible hygiene. Stay away from this company and if you do hire them make sure you ask every employee entering your home for permits/ plumbing license.

Very nice and professional staff . The operator was very friendly and made sure to get a technician out with in two hours . The technician James showed up early "" two thumbs up"" and he fixed the problem in no time. I am extremely impressed and thankful. Will use them again with out hesitation!
