Went the extra mile!

I needed my bathroom faucet replaced and setup a project to receive estimates. Jet Drain was one of only a few to provide an upfront estimate range. Most wanted to send someone over even though I provided 7 photos and hadn't purchased the replacement faucet at the time.

I read all the reviews and went with Jet Drain. The service provider was very courteous and professional on arrival. The cost wound up being on the higher side of the estimate, but I approved the job knowing it'll be a bit of work. I'd normally do this myself, but didn't have the proper tools for the tight space.

Everything looked fine at first, but I noticed water drips (very little) under the sink. Also noticed that the center piece of the faucet wasn't as tight as it should be. I decided to wait a day to see if it's something I can resolve myself or needed to contact them again.

A few hours after the job was done, I was contacted by them asking about the job. I expressed the concerns I had and they immediately scheduled someone to come back at my earliest availability.

They came back and resolved both issues. That's excellent customer service!

What an amazing team!
We are currently in escrow (realtor) and a week away from closing when the underwriter called out a few items!

We were referred to Abby from Jet Drain so I crossed my fingers and hoped he would be available on ""MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND"" of all days, to install a sink, have running water and a space for cooking.

I called and he was so gracious, kind and had such a ""can do"" attitude.

While he was already booked that weekend he offered Sunday and would send a team out to get this done for us!


And they delivered! Sink installed! Running water and a cook space.

We will be to close on time and our buyer is so grateful!!

The house is a fixer but they got the job done for the underwriter!

we get our sewers cleaned about once a year just to be on the safe side. few months ago out bathroom sink was draining slowly and a different plumber had lot of trouble cleaning it. there were lot of roots, don't know whether they were growing in the sink drain pipe or where the sink drain pipe was joining the sewer, but Ev plumbing guy came and took care of it.
this tine it was a straight forward cleaning and Abbi sent couple of guys and they snaked both sewers and there were hardly any roots. the guys were friendly, snaked both sewers both ways and left. good job

Our washer pipes were leaking, and so of course like most people we call around or check yelp for local plumbers. After speaking with Abi, he made setting the service appointment time easy and was clear on estimating the basic pricing. The technician Servando and Danny came out the next morning right on time and were very professional, and listened to our issues. They had a couple recommendations but ultimately we decided to go with the hydrojet in hopes that was the best choice for our complex situation, the back up and clog was cleared. The excess water was all cleaned up and they were able to explain another issue with our pipes. All in all we are happy with the service and would recommend them to friends

We reached out to Jet Drain to inquire about hydro jetting the mainline at our condo. They were very responsive and came out the same day. Pricing was reasonable and very similar to what was quoted. Abi fixed my bathtub faucet leak after 2 sets of plumbers did a not so great job. Whereas the other plumbers seemed to blindly guess at issues and randomly replace parts, Abi spent a lot of time and care diagnosing the issue with my faucet and explaining to me each step of the way his hypotheses and how he would attempt to solve the problem. In addition to swapping out the parts needed to immediately get the leak to stop, Abi replaced the pieces that were causing the other parts to wear out faster. I highly recommend working with Abi for a fair, transparent, and thorough experience!

I called Jet Drain to fix our main water shut off valve and to install 2 shower heads with (handheld attachments). Abi came and gave me a free estimate and then completed the job a couple days later.
