Called Jet Drain for a blocked sink drain. The person who answered the phone was pleasant, courteous and agreed to despatch a plumber within an hour. Aramis came within half an hour, diagnosed the problem and gave a quote to open and clean up the block from the drain plumbing below the sink. He found that that just by sucking out the water with his vacuum the block was cleared and charged only half the quoted rate. I whole heartedly recommend this small family owned local company based on the courteous and prompt response as well as the honesty, reasonableness and pleasant demeanor of Aramis.

We had a leak and contacted Abi. He came by in the morning to diagnose it, and solved our problem in about half an hour. We also had some deferred items to take care of. He made a quick trip to collect materials and solved all our problems.

in Our Upstairs sinks were plugged up in both the master bathroom and the share bathroom. Both bathrooms share a common wall. none of the toilets or showers were backing up, only the sinks. We tried to fix with a hand held snake bought at home depot but it didn't work. after a week we called several plumbers and after describing the problem they gave us quotes in $200 to $250 range including Mike Diamond and Rotorooter, Mr. Rooter and others. Now when you call these companies remember your talking to an office person and not the actual plumber who will be doing the work so we knew from experience that quotes are usually the starting point and final costs will either be the quoted price or will go up from there, they never go down. Anyway, we chose Jet because they gave us the lowest quote at $125.00 (they actually said if we removed the trap ourselves the cost would only be $85.00 but more on that later). At first they said no plumber was available until later or possibly not until the next day, however Jet then called back a few minutes later and said they could get someone out to us within an hour. So almost exactly an hour later the Jet Plumber came in, took a look under the sink, said the charge would be $125.00; to which i agreed, then went out and got his gloves and the Snake, came in and ran the snake down the pipe and cleared the drain in about 15 minutes. its been over a week and the sinks are still unclogged and draining perfectly.
Now, about my note above regarding the quote for $85.00. I did remove the trap before the plumber arrived but he never brought up this lower price or give any indication he was aware of it. So giving him the benefit of my doubt I am going to believe that his office failed to fully inform him about the pricing they had given me. I am willing to do this because the plumber they sent, Abi, was clean, friendly and very personable and those qualities go a long way in my book

Abi is great! He fixed my clog, and also provided an elegant solution seal the main drain out. He also provided some common sense but seasoned advice on a faucet problem, and a bad odor coming from the children's bathroom. He is polite, professional, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Now I now where to turn to when I have plumbing problems especially in a house built in the 60's!!!

Small family run business who do honest work. We had a pretty big job completed where tree roots crushed the area drain pipe and about 15 ft had to be replaced. Took a full week and costs kept climbing as more was uncovered. They applied the cost of the diagnosis and initial treatments to the final job which helped. If you have to go through a major plumbing issue, go with Jet Drain.

Typically, I try do my own simple DIY plumbing, but elected not to this time with a stubborn kitchen drain back up. Abi was honest during initial call stating that he wouldn't be available for that day or next, which I respected and ultimate why he received my business in the end. Two other plumbers that were available immediately failed with trying to fix the clog or failed to come at multiple appointments times they provided me.
Jet Drain was worth the wait, from Abi's upfront honesty to his experience and diligence, he was able to fix the stubborn clog. He made multiple attempts while convey updates and potential next steps if needed.
