My family has been using Jet Air's services for over a decade now and now being a homeowner myself I was happy to start using their plumbing services too. I had a few heating issues that I was worried might be a big problem to fix, but the Joe the technician took care of everything I needed and was incredibly helpful. Good service, great quality, and very easy to get in contact with while being on top of keeping you in the loop of when a technician will be there were all major positives and I would recommend these guys to anybody in a heartbeat.

JET AIR CO to the rescue! We hadn't turned on the heat since we were using our pellet stove (bad idea-- next year we will at least turn it on in early oct to ensure it's working properly) but it recently got sooo cold so we went to turn it on and...No heat. ;(. Called Jet air co and they came within a few hours and got us up and running again. Thank you to the owner, Jon, for going out of his way to make sure we weren't left freezing all weekend.

I had no heat on a cold day today at 8am, I phoned them and they made schedule changes to accommodate me. The technician, Kyle arrived timely as they promised. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he knew his boilers. He diagnosed the issue immediately, changed out the thermal coupling and we were back in business. He recommended a few things to upgrade to in the future. A service man like him is hard to find, he knew his boilers. Prices were reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend the company beyond thankful for the experience and ability to accommodate.

I will cut to the air conditioning chase: Jon (JetAirCo) is AWESOME! No need to call anyone else or run the gamut searching for a company to solve all your air conditioning needs! This is it!
Through our friends and neighbors we got JetAirCo's #. Our air conditioner went kaput! My wife called at least a half a dozen companies... Which turned out to be an epic fail! They either didn't pick up the phone on this extremely hot Saturday morning, Told us The soonest they would be able to get to us was 4 days later! One guy said, ""Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the NEST and I don't work on Saturdays!"" Needless to say I deleted him out of my phone IMMEDIATELY!! Within a couple of hours Jon from JetairCo was at my house solving the problem with the air conditioner and got it up and running quickly. He was honest, genuine and forthcoming with everything we needed to know about our previous archaic air conditioning system.
We all knew the old system was on its way out. Given the fact it was installed before I bought our house in 1994 there was no arguing that! A few weeks later not one not two but three different problems occurred with the old air conditioner! So, within a few days and a couple of hours Jon-JetAirCo installed our new air conditioning system. These systems aren't cheap, but we felt confident in the price, the service and of course the installation. We then knew we were on a collision course with CHILL house air! Extremely important given the heat wave that was going on at that time; between the end of June and the beginning of July 2020. Jon and his crew SOLVED a HOT nerve-racking difficult situation! Thanks Jon for everything!

I am so grateful to Jon at JetAirco and his excellent well trained professional workers. I had a complete disaster at my house and spent alot of money on another plumber. Jon and his team came in, immediately saw the problem, explained to my wife and I why there was a problem and how he would fix it. I let Jon and his team do their thing and I was back up again with heat, air conditioning, a plumbing that is done right.
