My backyard drains were running very slow and backing up. On a referral, I called Jet-4-Les and Gordon got me on the schedule the very next day. Gordon did a great job clearing my drains of roots and dirt. My drains are good as new!

If you need someone to come out for a Hydro-Jet Service, this is your guy. Gordon is the most prompt, courteous and professional plumber I've ever met. I'm more than happy to refer him to family and friends. Writing this review is my pleasure.

My neighbor recommended these guys to me and they were awesome. I had multiple plumbers out that were not able to figure out my problem with my storm drains and I had water coming out a pipe in my planter and flooding my garage. They were able to figure out the issue and solve my problem. There was like 20 feet of roots in my pipe and these guys cleaned it out without issue and without any chemicals. Very professional and thorough and would highly recommend.

I called my regular plumber but he was busy so I called one of those $49 drain cleaning companies who advertise these too good to be true deals , after they arrived they immediately pulled the bait and switch telling me I had ""other issues"" and my emergency didn't qualify for the deal , they then quoted me $1800!! To take care of my kitchen line !!!! I called my regular plumber back and he told me that was a total rip off and unfortunately he was still too busy but referred me to Gordon , Gordon was at my house in 1hr and fixed my kitchen line for a fraction of the price!!! I thank my plumber for referring an honest and straightforward person like Gordon and will highly recommend him . 5 star service thank you Gordon!

Had Gordon come out on Super Bowl Sunday for emergency with back up plumbing. Gordon was great did job quick gave a good view of what was going on piping under the house with the camera an considering the day it was not expensive. Real happy with the work thank you jet 4 les .

I can not recommend Gordon and Jet4Les enough! He is honest and very knowledgeable! Not trying to sell us something that we don't need, like other plumbing companies! We had roots in our drainage lines to the street and he knew exactly what to do and had all the equipment to do the job correctly. We were referred to Jet4Les by our trusted and honest plumber, who recommended getting an outdoor drain hydro jetted to clear a clog. Jet4Les came out the next day, right on time, and took time to diagnose and explain the issue. He got to work and was in and out in less than an hour. He cleaned the area well before heading out and you'd never know there was a mess of drain water! Great experience and I'm relieved to have the issue resolved. Bonus points because my kids loved watching the hydro jet through the window!

The rain was coming down like crazy yesterday and our sewer line got backed up!! Gordon came to the rescue the next day on time and cleared out the sewer line and, he cleaned up the area!! He was very kind and a hard worker. He made me smile when I was having a bad day. Gordon guarantees his work for a year and charges a fair price too. I wish I knew of his services years ago. Would have saved us money and aggravation.

It is refreshing to experience this type of quality service. All my drains were clogged and the pool was close to overflowing and not draining. The water in the flower beds near the house were full of water and it was running into my heating ducts. My plumber recommended to call Jet4Les which I did at noon today. 2 hrs later Gordon arrived as promised and within 1 hour everything was clear and draining. Gordon was explaining how the system works which I found very interesting and all that in the pouring rain..

Gordon is not only a true professional, but he is a genuinely nice human being who cares about your dilemma! I called him late yesterday as our back yard was flooding in these severe rains from strained and partially clogged drains that just couldn't keep us with the volume of water and he agreed to come out the next morning (which was Super Bowl Sunday!) to hydro-jet our sewer lines and drains. His equipment is state of the art and very impressive and his own knowledge base is expansive (he has a plumbing background and now runs 5 trucks specializing in hydro-jetting which I can attest is the ONLY way to truly effectively open up your drains all the way). He spent two full hours in a cold drizzle blowing everything out and making sure everything was running smoothly...and in that process also identified two broken pipes (actually showed us on his camera-amazing!) which will need to be repaired by our landscaper this coming week. In this situation, he could have easily charged us extra given that it was a weekend and a major sporting holiday, but he charged us the same very reasonable fee he did three years ago. Then, as he was finishing, it started to pour and he said, ""Ok...you guys text me this afternoon and let me know that no water is backing up."" That's what I mean, he really cares about his clients and their dilemmas. Yes, this is our second time using Jet-4-Les and we wouldn't think about using anyone else. You will be in excellent, honest, top-notch 'work ethic' hands if you call Gordon at Jet-4-Les. Thanks so much, Gordon, we are very appreciative of your ""6"" star service!
