Should not even get one star. Gordon showed up to appointment and began trying to clear our drain. I had to leave and he took 375.00 and left snd said he would return with the proper nozzle that was not on his truck the very next day. He never returned and dodged all my calls and texts for over a month. He is currently working as I have had other people speak with him that he gets back too! So a complete crook and liar! I trusted he would return with the part! To not return my calls and texts and finish the job after cashing our check is criminal. I will be pursuing this further

Gordon originally pipe-burst a new 4"" hdpe sewer line from my 5 unit apartment building to the city main 5 years ago. He came out recently to honor his guarantee and reinspected my 4"" line that I thought was the problem. After running his camera under my building he discovered that the root blockage problem was with my 60 year old plumbing...his work of 5 years ago was good. Gordon hydro jetted the roots out of the old pipe: I am very satisfied with his work. He is an honorable man...a man of his word.

Gordon came out within a couple hours to run a camera line and potentially hydrojet my main line. He guessed the problem before even running the camera and clearing the line as some company working in the street bored a hole right through my sewer line.

My neighbor recommended these guys to me and they were awesome. I had multiple plumbers out that were not able to figure out my problem with my storm drains and I had water coming out a pipe in my planter and flooding my garage. They were able to figure out the issue and solve my problem. There was like 20 feet of roots in my pipe and these guys cleaned it out without issue and without any chemicals. Very professional and thorough and would highly recommend.

I called my regular plumber but he was busy so I called one of those $49 drain cleaning companies who advertise these too good to be true deals , after they arrived they immediately pulled the bait and switch telling me I had ""other issues"" and my emergency didn't qualify for the deal , they then quoted me $1800!! To take care of my kitchen line !!!! I called my regular plumber back and he told me that was a total rip off and unfortunately he was still too busy but referred me to Gordon , Gordon was at my house in 1hr and fixed my kitchen line for a fraction of the price!!! I thank my plumber for referring an honest and straightforward person like Gordon and will highly recommend him . 5 star service thank you Gordon!

Had Gordon come out on Super Bowl Sunday for emergency with back up plumbing. Gordon was great did job quick gave a good view of what was going on piping under the house with the camera an considering the day it was not expensive. Real happy with the work thank you jet 4 les .

I can not recommend Gordon and Jet4Les enough! He is honest and very knowledgeable! Not trying to sell us something that we don't need, like other plumbing companies! We had roots in our drainage lines to the street and he knew exactly what to do and had all the equipment to do the job correctly. He saved us from spending an additional $3000 of services that we didn't need! Thanks so much!
