For many years, he successfully managed the business. In 1998, David Jessup took on the role of President in the family business, remaining until 2000.

In 2001, Jessup Company Inc. was taken over by Suzanne Brown. Her extensive 25-year background in plumbing, HVAC, and general construction has been invaluable. she has successfully restored Jessup Service's prominence in the Triad area.
