I was unable to book my usual plumber to look at a leak in my bathtub and they referred me to Jessi's Plumbers. My regular plumbing company charged me $75 for an hour visit to clean a drain, replace a valve on my toilet and give me advice on my dripping faucet. Jessi's Plumbers was in my house for 20 minutes and charged me TRIPLE to clean my bathtub drain out, unscrew a leaky faucet and cap it.

I had asked for a quote before they came over and they never called me back and I was charged $225 for a 20 minute visit where they did very little. I felt I was way overcharged and do not recommend Jessi's Plumbers.

I rent an old house with old plumbing, so I've used these folks for about 4 yrs. they are reliable fast and genuine folks. They always take care of the problem, and they have good energy(positive, relatable, and nice).

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that caused a little damage to the ceiling below. We called our regular plumber, Blue Dragon (Gilbert Jimenez, who is amazingly nice and good at what he does, btw) and he was so busy, he recommended Fabian Ramirez at Jessi's Plumbers. We called on a Sunday evening, and even though they too were super busy, they made time for us, and spent time on the phone with us to help figure out what the issue might be before they even got here.

Sure enough, what they'd guessed was the issue. Also- they recommended some folks to come in and fix the drywall/insulation issue for when they'd finished the initial repair. And best of all, they coordinated with the drywall repair folks so that when Fabian was finished, the drywall repair folks stepped right in- same day, full repair Aaron's Home Repair Services, also really good at what they do!).

Fabian took care to cover the area beneath the leak just in case something unexpected happened. He fixed the issue, pointed out some items we might want to fix sooner or later- not because he was drumming up more business for himself, but rather he was showing us what should be next on our home repair list in that bathroom so we could avoid future extra drywall etc repairs. Very thoughtful.

He was clear and concise with the suggestions he made, his rates are fantastic for the work that he did, and the fact that he went the extra mile coordinating without my having to be the go-between really made me feel respected and taken care-of as a client. We will DEFINITELY hire him again!

We had a shower drain that was horribly backed up. The drain cover was caulked in and then the caulk was covered in some areas by tile so there wasn't much we could do. Fabian and Michael were able to come same day, took care of the problem quickly and professionally and were very friendly. I was nervous about having some of the tile chipped away, but they were careful and made sure everything looked great. I will definitely reach out to them for any future issues!

Fabian once was a reliable plumber but that's all gone down the drain. I own several rental properties in Austin and he was a trusted contractor for issues that would come up. However, he's become very unprofessional over the last year or so. If you're lucky enough to get a call back, he'll schedule the appointment and then ghost you when the day arrives. Stay away unless you enjoy disappointment. There are too many good contractors out there to waste your time on these guys.

Superb service on Sunday morning. Said he'd be here at the latest at 11:30 and called to say he'd be early and he hoped that was OK. Yes! Started after 10:30 am and all fixed by 11 am. Whew. Thank you!!! Strongly recommend these folks--professional and high quality. I'd like to thank the folks on YELP who rated their services. This is what I used to pick a local plumber for our emergency.

After giving them some work on my property over the last few years, their quality and responsiveness decayed to an intolerable level. Further, taking advantage of my status as an out-of-state landlord, Fabian tried to press for major work that was recently debunked by a more credible businessman and plumber. An unfortunate transition and would not recommend to anyone at this point.

I had come home from a trip only to discover that my water was shut off due to my irrigation system that was connected directly to the main water line. I could not get water to the house until that issue was fixed. I called several places and all of them could not see me until 2 weeks later even after I told them I had no water in my residence. I called Blue Dragon and he immediately referred me to Fabian. Fabian answered his phone quickly and said he had the proper tools and could see me that day. He came to my house with another worker and both were very kind and courteous. They had it fixed in no time and ensured that the water coming into the house was clear and coming out of every faucet. They literally came to my rescue and I now had water back in the house! I could not be more pleased!!!!
