Jess saved us from a nightmare scenario during these crazy times. Given that we are using our kitchen a lot more than before, it was a matter of time before our kitchen sink got clogged(I need to do a better job with using the garbage disposal). In comes Jess, on time and cleans up the plumbing and does a fantastic job. His job is clean and he takes a lot of care to make sure that he maintains the restrictions that are in place. He is definitely somebody I work with on other jobs I know I need help on.

At 5PM on a Saturday during the Pandemic, an outdoor capped water line broke, forcing me to turn off the water to the house. After unsuccessfully calling around due to the lateness of the hour and the sheltering in place, I was able to find Jess, who agreed to come out to my home as soon as he finished up his current appointment. He was quickly able to recap the line at a fair price, which allowed my family not to have to wait until Monday to have running water. My many thanks for Jess' coming to my family's rescue.

We had a leaking kitchen faucet . Left a lot of messages to plumbers during the shelter in place time. Jess was the earliest to respond and made an appointment for next morning and came in on time and took care of the problem. Professional and very easy to communicate! Great knowledgeable service without the monkey biz I've experienced from larger commercial companies. With that said, decided that an independent contractor was the way to go awhile back, and Jess didn't let me down. I can't emphasize my appreciation for how he juggled his schedule to come out, where he originally didn't have an opening; first thing next morning. Needed a plumber badly, as clog developed over the weekend..the worst time of all it seems, so when you need a plumber in a pinch that type of initiative is priceless. Situations where you essentially need the plumber, more than they need ""your"" business. That along with the right fundamentals of approaching the problem (location of clog) and no run around are key..
Will definitely give Jess a call for future jobs, I highly recommend his services! A genuinely good honest guy here in the world of plumbers:)

I wish I could give Jess a 10 star rating instead of just an a 5 star rating. He is a pro's pro. Tremendous can do attitude. Works fast. Keeps his promises. Communication skills are top notch. He kept me in the loop and fully informed. Sent me pictures and videos to communicate progress. Jess and his crew over deliver. The best thing I liked about the job - fast execution supplemented by honest assessment. I noticed a leak outside the house next to the water meter.
