Jess has done several plumbing jobs at my house over the last several years. He replaced a washer drain pipe that was too narrow and backing up. He replaced all of my very old piping. He installed a new toilet and hauled the old one away. Most recently he moved my washer hookup so that I could swap the positions of my washer and dryer. I'm probably forgetting a few calls.

I wouldn't keep calling him if I didn't like the results! He is very skillful and reliable. His work looks great, and I never have any trouble with it. His prices are reasonable. He is happy to answer questions. I'm very glad to have found him!

YIKES! woke up to cold water. Jesus was able to come that morning. He gave a thorough inspection to rule out all problems. It ended up that the best option was to replace hot water heater. Jesus was able to pick up, install new water heater and remove broken water heater for me before dinner time. He did a great job. I will definitely call Jesus again for any other plumbing needs.

This was really quick and helpful. Our toilet was leaking and he fixed it at no cost. It was very simple and efficient. Jess was very reasonable and responsive. He inspected and installed a new part quickly.

Jess showed up on time and ready to work, he shared before photos to give us a visual of what he encountered during his initial inspection and prepared a written proposal on the spot before leaving. He explained what he was proposing to do and accommodated our questions even when pressed for time. The cost for the initial inspection he applied to the work dine.

Scheduling work was straight forward and though he is busy, carved time into his schedule for our project. We appreciated not having to wait long to get started.

He came in with a mask and paid attention to detail even noticed a prior plumber had left behind debris and old piping under the house which he removed at no additional cost (some pieces had to be sawn to remove them). He is efficient with his time and takes a lot of pride in his workmanship as seen in his after photos (even had a leveler on our pipe to show he had the correct level for proper drainage). He had a helper working with him and at the end thoughtfully cleaned up the job site.

I found him on Next Door and Yelp - it was his raving fans and especially the photos of his work on Yelp that convinced me to call him.

Jess was very communicative with texts to alert us of his coming and goings, to share before/after photos and any important information, along with addressing Q & A, etc. His fees were reasonable for the type and quality of the work performed. I would hire him again.

Jess and his team just helped us replaced the entire sewer main this weekend. His team was efficient and professional; they made sure the job site was clean and safe when they left in the evening. We really appreciate that Jess communicated with us by sending us many pictures of the project (before/during/after) and patiently explained every step to us. I had to replace my broken washing machine last week. The new washer was delivered but they promptly broke my water shutoff valve while trying to install the washer, leaving me to find someone to fix it.

Luckily I found Jess via some Internet search. I reached out to him Friday late afternoon, and after looking at my photo Jess explained me what needed to be done. The discussion went smoothly using messages and a brief phone call, and he agreed to come out first thing Saturday morning.

He arrived on time with all the material needed to work on replacing the valve. He wore masks/gloves/shoe covering the whole time, with a great safety-minded approach during COVID. The fix went smoothly like he described - a hole had to be cut on the wall below the old valve, the pipes cut and new valves welded to the pipe. He completed the whole job before noon.

Thanks to Jess, the emergency situation is turned into a fix done well and promptly.

I will certainly work with Jess again and recommend him to anyone who asks. A great professional.

I reached to Jess after reading some referrals in Nextdoor. I reached via text, Jess responded back in under 10 mts. From there we got him scheduled to come home and check out a kitchen drain leak. Jess showed up on time, with his mask on and thoroughly investigated the situation, inspected the crawl space as well. Came back and shared the details and gave me a few options that I could take and made recommendations. We decided, but I needed this done on a very tight timeline, Jess got his team scheduled, they showed up on a Sunday and got it all done in the utmost professional manner. They replaced a drain all the way from the kitchen sink to the main house sewer line. During the work, Jess made a recommendation to replace the garbage disposal (we weren't happy with it in the first place), and got it done. He is my plumber going forward! Thank you Jess!!

I've used Jess in the past so I didn't hesitate to contact him regarding my elderly mother-in-law's slow draining bathtub. I left a message for Jess and he got back to me almost immediately. Jess did an amazing job on my elderly mother's water heater a few months back. Clean, organized plus beautiful solder work. He just returned to replace the kitchen faucet. Great job once again. Jess is friendly with great customer service. Sometimes he has a helper other times he comes alone. He may be a little pricey but his exceptional work is worth it.
