The best thing I liked about the job - fast execution supplemented by honest assessment. I noticed a leak outside the house next to the water meter. He got everything done in one hour, even though the job was fixed on time and material. He didn't waste a minute. I know who to call next time for any plumbing needs.

Jess really saved us! We were in a pinch with our bathroom sink and he was so quick with his responses as well as his availability. When he showed up he was very nice to us as well as my dog. I will never use another expert plumber again. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy. He's prompt and his pricing is fair. I had a project I needed done by the weekend and he made time to review my project and provide an estimate on Thursday and came back on Saturday morning at 8:00am to complete it. Keep in mind I initially reached out to him on a Wednesday. If I could give Jess 10 stars I would.

Called him that morning, the toilet was fixed by that afternoon. He was responsive, reliable and professional. I called around as well and his price was lower than the other bigger companies. Instead of jumping on to fix the problem right away, he first evaluated all options there were to fix the problem and chose the one that he thought was the best. I have used Jess for a number of my very recent projects, big and small:
-Complete replacement of sewage/drain, water supply, and gas lines from faucets to street.
-Complete bathroom gut with major relocation of all drains and supply lines.
-Unclogging sewage lines with camera with correct assessment and fix of root cause.
-Replacement of finished fixtures, faucets, and valves.
The nice thing about Jess is that he always wants and does the right thing. He makes realistic suggestions that I never have any regrets in following. He is very hard working, very flexible/accommodating, and very courteous and friendly to top it off. Once he is done, I don't have problems.
He even replaced the landscaping of concrete and cobblestone pathways so well, after replacing a sewer line in the front yard, that I didn't need to call the landscaper back!

Jess did a fantastic job of helping us through a serious plumbing situation at the house we are renting. What started as snaking the line for backed up toilets eventually resulted in replacing a part of the sewer lateral that had been invaded & dislocated by roots.

Each step of the way, Jess was responsive, available, and did a great job of explaining the issues and remedies. He used his camera to show what was going on and never tried to sell more than what was needed.

Jess even went out of his way to help with extra things like dealing with sewage that had spilled out the side of the house (yuck!).

This morning (a Sunday!) Jess and team finished up the lateral job and the yard looks amazing! It's like nothing happened other than a new clean out being there.

I would definitely recommend Jess for your plumbing needs!

Jess is an experienced plumber who recently became independent, and I so glad he did! I found him through another plumber when we had an urgent need to unclog a kitchen sink drain - it was a nasty problem and I had done all I could already - and Jess returned calls at night and was willing to come quickly.

He & his helper did a great job! He's very friendly and helpful. And the price was very fair too. I will call him the next time I need something.

My general experience is that plumbers (like electricians) are very busy and there can be a significant wait to get them. That alone is a good enough reason to call Jess first.
