Jess changed some pipes in my bathroom and installed new shower hardware. He came quickly, in a mask and quoted the job for me. He did the work on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and finished in the estimated time frame that day. The job he did was amazing and he even cleaned up after himself. Jess gave me a good price and did quality work. I cannot give a higher rating than five states or I would. I will use him for all plumbing needs.

My water heater drain valve decided to give out after doing a flush. Since it was the original unit that came with the house, I decided to replace it. Jess was very detailed and even provided guidance prior to arriving on what to do to prevent further leaking. He arrived with his staff to replace the unit the next day and cleaned up afterwards. Leaving the area the same prior to arriving.

We were having our electrical replaced in our home when the electrician discovered a cracked pipe under our kitchen, in the crawl space. The electrician recommended Jess and we called him. We also called two other plumbers for a bid to fix it. We ended up choosing Jess for several reasons and we are so thankful that we went with him. Jess came out and crawled under the house to access the problem. He suggested ways to fix the problem with a simple repair of the leaking pipe all the way up to replacing all of the plumbing. Our house is old, and we have known about several plumbing issues that would eventually need to be addressed. We chose to replace all of the plumbing. Jess knew that we still had an electrical job that was 1/2 done and needed completing so he came in and worked full days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so we could be ready for the other work to continue by Monday morning. Jess and his crew showed up and wore masks the entire time (COVID) and busted their asses all day. They cleaned up every day when they left and were so professional and nice. We were without water for only about 7 hours. Jess was mindful that we still needed to be in our house, and that we needed to have the electrical completed. The other two plumbers that I got a bid from told me that I would need to hire a company to remove the soil and treat the area where the leak was, but Jess did it all for us at no extra charge.
I am beyond grateful to him. When he told me not to worry, he would handle everything, he was 100% right! His price was also very competitive and better than one bid I got by a lot.
I will be recommending Jess to anybody who needs a thorough, professional and highly skilled plumber. A+ and 5 stars for sure!

Jesus came out to my home this past week for some plumbing work. I needed parts replaced in my downstairs toilet, I needed to have the water heater flushed/drained, and I was concerned about how slowly the water was draining in my kitchen sink. I also had a few general plumbing questions that I wanted information about. Jesus arrived on time, looked at the items (I had typed out a list) that needed to be addressed, and got right to work. He replaced the parts that needed to be replaced in the downstairs toilet, and he drained/flushed out the water heater. He answered the general plumbing questions/concerns that I asked him. It turned out, near the end of the job, that the kitchen sink was backing up pretty badly. He ended up having to take quite a bit longer than we had thought this would take, because fixing the kitchen sink drain became quite a job for him. He stayed with it, and after awhile, he was able to get the water in the kitchen sink flowing well, again. Thank you for a very good job on the plumbing work, Jesus!

Jess saved us from a nightmare scenario during these crazy times. Given that we are using our kitchen a lot more than before, it was a matter of time before our kitchen sink got clogged(I need to do a better job with using the garbage disposal). In comes Jess, on time and cleans up the plumbing and does a fantastic job. His job is clean and he takes a lot of care to make sure that he maintains the restrictions that are in place. He is definitely somebody I work with on other jobs I know I need help on.

At 5PM on a Saturday during the Pandemic, an outdoor capped water line broke, forcing me to turn off the water to the house. After unsuccessfully calling around due to the lateness of the hour and the sheltering in place, I was able to find Jess, who agreed to come out to my home as soon as he finished up his current appointment. He was quickly able to recap the line at a fair price, which allowed my family not to have to wait until Monday to have running water. My many thanks for Jess' coming to my family's rescue.

We had a leaking kitchen faucet . Left a lot of messages to plumbers during the shelter in place time. Jess was the earliest to respond and made an appointment for next morning and came in on time and took care of the problem. Professional and very easy to communicate!
