Got JES to come out again! I called at 1PM and Juan quoted me over the phone and Eric came out at 2:30pm, not an emergency call. The issue was that both bolts holding the toilet down had busted. Watched as Eric professionally removed the toilet and replaced with new handicapped toilet. Totally happy with the job, I couldn't of done this as fast and professionally as Eric did this. These are my go to plumbers, 3 times is a charm.

Love JES Plumbing! We have been using them since reading the good reviews on Yelp a couple years ago. Just haven't taken the time to post a review. Eric has always made us feel comfortable. He is just a nice guy who you can trust. He is responsive, reliable, reasonably priced, and knows his business. Just met his Father Juan today when we had a sink that wouldn't drain. He was excellent too.

Another successful service call by JES Plumbing. This is the fourth time we have used JES Plumbing, first with Eric, and most recently with his dad Juan. Yesterday we just had a hose bib failure, and while Juan was here he checked all my hose bibs, evaluated my water pressure regulator to make sure it was working properly, and noted that my dryer vent had become semi-blocked with lint and he helped to clear it. All this was at no extra charge.

Both Eric and Juan are extremely knowledgeable, capable, personable, and ethical. It's so great to know that whatever plumbing issue I may have, JES Plumbing will give me the peace of mind by resolving it quickly and professionally.

Jess Plumbing has saved me twice now. Quick to respond with incredible work! Father like son, hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed talking to him. I thought I had a different issue coming from a completely different area but he walked in looked at it and knew exactly what it was, he was spot on. He also fixed a sink upstairs that's been broken for a while and he had no issues with adding to his workload. I will never use another plumber!!!
