No one expects their water heater to fail, it just does. Ours failed this morning while waiting for company to arrive.

We called JES Plumbing and Juan arrived minutes later. We determined what needed to be done and he left to pickup the necessary unit. Shortly thereafter, Eric arrived and started the removal of the old unit.

Juan returned with the new water heater and the two men completed the installation. I will add their finished job far exceeded the installation job of the old unit. ALL OF THIS was accomplished in under two hours!

Had a problem with water heater vent piping that had been installed incorrectly and had failed. Eric responded quickly and installed the new vent ducting and roof/stack cover in a very professional manner. Class act - I would not hesitate to call JES for any future plumbing needs.

Just called JES plumbing. The guy would not even give me a quote for prices to replace garbage disposal replacement. Sounds like this guy is a rip off artist or doesn't know what he's doing. I won't recommend this place.

I'm glad i trusted the reviews! Called them to assess and fix a leaking waterline in the walls of the house. Figured i would be waiting all day and without water. Eric showed up promptly and had it fixed in about an hour. He also showed me the cause of the leak and how to prevent/ detect it. Exceptional service I couldnt be more pleased.

Great plumbing service! Had a leak on our main pipe, seemed unfixable to my parents and I. One of them came by and fixed it within 20 minutes without a problem! The cost was also understandable and had no problem with the amount for the service.

My water heater died on me last night and I knew I needed some professional help (my wife always tells me that!). After checking here on Yelp I decided to give JES a call. I spoke with Juan, one of the owners who after thirty years in the business was able to give me a quote over the phone.

Juan was on time and very professional. Because I gave him some incorrect information over the phone it turned out that the cost of the job was going to be a little higher than was quoted, I didn't mind. When it was time to pay the bill Juan must have took pity on me and charged me the original price, thanks Juan!

Juan made some extra fixes which brought the heater back up to code and he hooked a circulation pump for me. He explained everything very patiently and we chatted for a while after the repair. This could have been terribly stressful but I made the right choice by calling JES. Will not hesitate to use them in the future.
