Terrible service!!! Hired this company in fall and was very happy with them....called them back for extensive work to be done...different crew!!! Suppose to come between 10 and 2....showed up at 5 with a nasty attitude. Perceived as a company who does not need our business as they have plenty of others...WOW!!! They did not do the work, and left...very disrespectul, and unprofessional!!! Holy Cow!!!
Keep that up and you'll drive the business to the ground!!! Good luck!!! I will never use them again!!!

Just had a really positive experience with this company and its representative, Gary. We'd called them in to prepare the sprinkler system prior to disruptive work in the backyard, but Gary told me that we were wasting money to do the work we ""thought"" we needed. Advised us to wait until the end of the other project, advised us on how to instruct the other company so that the sprinkler work at the end can be done efficiently [and for less money]. Appreciate the honesty and clear direction - we'll be calling them back to reroute sprinkler system and potentially for other work as well.

I understand that this is a busy time of year for sprinkler companies.....however, clearly there is some re-training needed here. The girls on the phone in the office make you feel like you are bothering them, just for asking where the crew is that NEVER showed up on the day of the appointment (no call, no show). Then they showed up unannounced the next day, as if nothing happened. I sent them away. I was a brand new customer......and this is how you treat me?? Clearly, you should find some other line of work. Something that doesn't require interaction with the general public, because you are horrible at it. As a Registered Nurse in a hospital, if I ever treated a patient like you treated me, I would be fired on the spot, no questions asked. So that is what I am doing to you. YOU'RE FIRED!!! There's plenty of good businesses out there. I'm sure I can find one.

I have been using this company for 13 years and during a recent system turn on, the service person determined a pipe needed replacing along with several heads. He did not discuss the repairs prior to completing the work so much to my surprise my turn on cost was quite a bit higher. I do understand that things need replacing and accepted that and paid for the service. A few days later I noticed that water is leaking from the newly replaced pipe so I called to report the issue. As a loyal customer I was expecting they would send someone right over to fix this but no, they cannot get anyone here for 2 weeks, yes 2 weeks! So for the next two weeks water will continue to run out of the broken pipe that they repaired. Wonder if they will reimburse me for a portion of my water bill. I guess they are not concerned about customer satisfaction. They should be ashamed!!!!!

I contacted the Jersey Shore Lawn & Sprinkle to have my sprinkler system winterized for 11/2017 as the winter was very mild. The gentlemen that showed up seemed confused right away, as he was unable to find the well. He instructed me that it this is not be an issue as he has done this before by simply blowing out the rest of water/air off the lines using the sprinkler heads themselves. I was nervous only because he seemed nervous. I had no idea about any of the process as it is not my field I have had no training, as I am a bookkeeper. He then went on with his job. He left all sprinkler heads above ground. The heads will stick up approx. 2-4 inches all winter. I asked will this cause me any issues because the heads were always lowered in ground? He replied no, it is fine he has done this process in the past. I used my sprinkler system for the first time after his services on 5/10/2018 and I had serious issues. I had heads that were broken off leaving the water to pour out creating deep holes & in my yard, as well as, this substantial flooding in my yard, they saturated my lawn. some of the sprinkler heads did not work either. Some were broke or breaking off, others did not work at all, I originally started with -30 sprinkler heads- 5 zones, now I have no clue! Some work, some don't I had neighbors concerned as they felt it was flooding their area. I did not know what to do as I have no teaching in this. When contacting the company, the lady I spoke with Alley was extremely nice and had to pass this on to the owner she said he would call me back. As soon as I answered he started raging on me. I mean he was loud, obnoxious, and brutal. As if he knew me for years and I cheated on him. He screamed, and I just could not understand what was going on, ""Was this truly the owner?"" I did not even say it was his fault I wanted an answer. He kept repeating 2 things, I have been doing this for 32 yrs., 2nd I am going to hang up on you! Unreal to say the least.

Wow, Scheduled my appointment 2 months ago, took the day off from work, was scheduled after 12 o'clock, it's 7 pm and still no one. I spoke to office several times today and they assured me that tech would contact me. Nope. And they did this once before. It won't happen a third time.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I had them turn on my sprinkler system for the summer. Two sprinkler heads were replaced by them. These two heads were defective. They saturated my lawn. When they finally came to replace them, they charged me, not only for the replacements, but for the service call, after I was told by the office it wouldn't be. Stay away from this company if you do not want to get ripped off!

I was a first time customer until 10 minutes ago. I was told after 12 pm for an apmt. I waiting until near 5 pm., wasting my entire day and no one showed up. I phoned to find out what the deal is and the assistant couldn't even get the crew on the phone to find out what the problem is. Disrespectful of my time and plain bad customer service. Find another sprinkler company....Irrigation Experts I hear are good.

Moved to Toms River 2+ years ago and have yet to find a quality sprinkler company. Three trips and about a thousand dollars in repairs, horrible results. Two big brown spots because they don't bother to see if the heads are in the right spots or if they are covering all the spots they should. Won't be using them again.

Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Have been using them for a few years and had to replace one sprinkler head. My wife asked if someone had to be home, person on the telephone - ""Well we need to get paid."" Complete disrespect. Not to mention, they were just here to start-up the sprinklers and replaced the very same sprinkler head.

So very glad there are so many competitors and hopefully someone else cares about customer service. And yes, will find every public forum and post the very same message.

Complete disrespect.
