Always great customer service. Recently found out the office did not handle my contract correctly took two months to straighten out. Unacceptable! Add to that they cant come out to do the work for 3 weeks. Owners unavailable, wont return my call. They are understaffed or poor management.
Would have gotten 1 star if not for prior relationship.

Update: Managment reached out immediatley explaining the mixup/miscommunication. They were very sorry that things went sideways with my contract execution. Everything, it appears has been resolved and JSLS made it right. Thank you so much!

Very mixed and frustrating experience. Long time customer from our old home. Converted to new home. Service needs helps. They won't give you even a timeframe until the day before your appointment(very hard to plan your work around that) Worse than the cable company used to be. They told me afternoon after 3 pm. At 530 pm, I called to inquire if someone was still coming or not. They told me he will stay out until he is done and that there were 3 other stops before me still. 630 pm no update call, no sprinkler guy. 730 pm no call; no guy. The tech showed up after 8 pm. He was very nice and very knowledgable. I felt bad that this guy was working that late for regular service( he left just before 9 pm). Not sure that regular service calls that are not an emergency should be happening after 530-6 pm and definitely not starting at 8 pm in the dark! I stayed home from my office in NYC for this? I easily could have gone to my office in NYC and been home in time for them to show up. So, I missed a day at work in the office and then subsequently missed an evening event I was supposed to attend too. Again I felt badly for the tech as he was nice guy and very personable etc. 5 stars for the tech 1 for the customer service. Hence the 3 star review.

I was a new customer last season. Just moved to the area and was not happy with the first sprinkler company so I tried Jersey Shore. They advertised in our monthly publication and I see they have many customers in our community so I gave them a try. Our lawn was in bad shape. It had been neglected for years. I called Jersey Shore to not only start up the system but to also replace a few broken sprinklers. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job! I have a few more sprinklers this spring to have them look at and I'm confident they will do another great job.

Jersey Shore Lawn & Sprinkler provides the best installation of well & sprinkler systems. We have not had any significant issues with the well they installed, and when a gauge broke they fixed it immediately. They are prompt and provide the best in installation and equipment. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Owner is in it for the money. Does repairs and system still doesn't work. They tell me next appointment is 6 weeks.
Waist of time and money. Other reputable guys out there. Garden irrigation. American lawn and sprinkler, central jersey irrigation to make a few.

A bit late, however, I want to mention that the service techs, Gary & Kyle, who winterized my system are great. Professional, helpful and definitely people you can trust with your sprinkler system.

I called them because I had a leaky valve in zone 1 of my lawn sprinkler system. After complaining about how hard it was to get to my valves because of roots, the tech finally got to it and replaced it. Very expensive because of "" all the roots"" The moment they left, the valve for zone 3 got stuck in the open position and wouldn't shut off., so I called them back. Coincidence they assured me I had to wait two weeks for them to return, unable to use my system . Two weeks passed, they show up, I explained the valve 3 was stuck open, but now it shuts off, however, there is still a leak in the system because my water meter is still turning. They assure me it's my third valve that needs to be replaced, they do so and then drive off. I immediately use my system and I find that my third zone is still leaking. I called them back and they came the next day. The tech arrives and tells me most likely my valves are corroded and I need a complete new system. I ask him if they were corroded wouldn't you see the corrosion? He says yeah you should but with "" all the roots"" maybe we just can't. I think you need a whole new system. After going back-and-forth about how this doesn't make sense to me, I convince him to open up the box and look at the valves again. We discover the valve just replaced yesterday was leaking from the cap. He tells me that he couldn't get the cap any tighter, and I need to have my whole system replaced. I tell him the cap you took off wasn't leaking, you were able to get it off, you should be able to put the new cap on just as tight and it should not leak. There must be dirt in there. He insisted I was wrong, but I insisted he check. After 30 minutes of arguing he finally agreed to undo and reinstall the cap. lo and behold he cleaned the cap and my leak disappeared saving me $800 Will not recommend or use again

Great service. The technicians are the best. They take the time to explain what they need to do then make sure they get your approval before they proceed. They complete the job quickly and efficiently. I am glad I chose Jersey Shore Lawn & Sprinkler for my needs.
