I needed my shower repaired. This required a special order cartridge. The supply house sent the wrong cartridge and the workers didn't catch it until they attempted to install the piece. The proper component was ordered, the workers returned, and my shower was repaired. I received a payment invoice with a 1.5hr labor charge relating to the wrong part. I mailed my check immediately and wrote upon the invoice questioning the charge relating to the supply house/ worker's error. I received an insulting 7 message text rant from the owner, Rick Lewis. He stated that I was ""in appreciate ""and I just couldn't be ""made happy"". He refused to do any future work upon my home. I've never been treated so poorly by someone with such questionable billing practices along with such poor command of our English language. Don't use this company as the owner becomes unstable when questioned about his billable labor.
