The team at Jerry's is top notch. Adriana in the office was great dealing with my crazy schedule. She was able to get a tech out to me same day even though I had to change the time from morning to evening. My tech Andrew arrived on time and wearing a mask. Andrew was in and out quickly. He was able to clean out my clogged kitchen sink fast. Andrew was very personable and answered all of my plumbing questions. If you have a clogged drain I highly recommend Jerry's Rooter Service.

I had a main line stoppage in my plumbing after moving into my home a few days ago and couldn't get anyone to come out on such short notice. I called Jerry's Rooter Service after seeing they had great reviews and were budget friendly and they came out to my home within a few hours! I just wanted to say thank you for fixing my plumbing issue so I could use my restroom, shower and kitchen sink in peace. Andrew was so nice and helped unclog the shower drain after noticing the water still wasn't going down even though they had fixed the issue - he even cleaned the bathtub of all the gunk it had from the buildup of water which wasn't necessary but so appreciated. Thank you for great service and for fixing the plumbing stoppage on short notice! I will be sure to recommend them to family and use them in the future if I have any issues again. FYI they also offer a military discount which was great for us!

Jerry was nice but did not offer service to the Anaheim area where we needed it. They had a great advertised special for snaking a drain but was not for where we needed. We ended paying more than double.

Had a build up in the garage sink after doing laundry so I gave Jerry's Rooter Service a shot as they had the best quote. Jesus stopped by about 45 mins earlier than the time I was told which was great. He did his thing and assessed the situation and took care of my problem. He made his recommendation and put together a quote but didn't push it on to me at all. He cleaned up the mess (hosed down the gunk from my access point all the way to the street, under my car, and rest of the driveway) that spewed out of my house. He wore a mask the entire time, was polite, and very professional. Seriously a breath of fresh air getting service like this. The only downside.. I forgot to ask him for his business card so I can share it with my Father who does property management. Thanks Jesus!

Had a kitchen and washer drain backed up. The company's tech came out and got us back up and going again. Messages for service and they where prompt on giving me service. I was at work and my wife was home and they knocked out the kitchen right away. The drain for the laundry room unfortunately was still backed up, so they sent a tech the next day and took care of it. Gave me some pointers on keeping some maintenance but i know it is what it is and maybe will happen again. If it does you better believe i will be calling Jerry's Rooter Service. Appreciate it and stay safe out there.
