Had a shower clogged and tried everything I could Google. Plastic snake, baking soda/vinegar, Drano. After that all failed I knew I needed a plumber. Called Sunday morning at 9 am needing to get my shower unclogged. They were able to send Joseph out same day with a 11-1 pm time window. He actually arrived earlier which was nice! Worked fast and efficient and was able to get my shower unclogged in about 20 minutes! Pulled out a nice tennis ball size of hair. He also went over things I could do to prevent the shower from clogging up. Price was unbeatable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and reach out if I need more work done. Thank you guys!

Very disappointed
I called and made an appointment - They did not show up - called me right at the appointment time and gave me an excuse. We did reschedule. They sent me two guys, one didn't even know how to open the pipe. He was told that he was turning the wrench the opposite way. They inserted a snake. I asked them about their ""free camera inspection"" on their ail-in coupon.
They said they cannot do it as the drain is too small. It did not make sense to me at all. I wanted them to look at all the drains. They told me I am better off waiting for each one to plug up, but if I would like to clean up the whole system there is an option of hydro cleaning for $1200. They told me I don't need it right now.
After a week, we had the same problem again. I called them to come over again they said I need hydro cleaning for $1200. I am not sure how they got to that result without sending a camera to the sewer.

I called Jerry's Rooter around maybe 1/1:30 in regards to a clogged toilet and to my luck they were available. I was told it'd be around 4-5 for someone to show up, they ended up showing up around 3:30 which is always a good thing the guys were really nice, very clean, worked really fast and patient lol. My daughter like any little girl wanted to know why they were there, what they were doing and trying to be all up on the mix, rather than be annoyed they just laughed and said "" I have a daughter her age I get it"" PETE and ANDREW are definitely AMAZING employees, like I said not only were they polite but they genuinely made me almost start crying. For the past 5 years I've been battling cancer and little did they know I'd been having a pretty rough day. When I tried paying they said they'd take care of it, I'd been going through enough.

I called this company based on their rating, however I was very disappointed the day of the plumbing repair I called about. it was late afternoon and upon arrival he completely misdiagnosed my issue. I showed him the small pin hole size pipe leak that was spraying water below my water heater that was difficult to get to. He immediately called his boss and diagnosed that I had a leak in my wall behind the water heater and I would need a restoration company to come out, open up my drywall, and cap off the water line for the night so we would at least have cold water and toilet usage. He called the restoration company who came out, diagnosed my problem and wouldn't be able to fix my pipe, that's not their type of business. He used a moisture device to check my wall behind the water heater, inside my house behind the water heater and in my living room bordering the leak area, NO leaks in the wall. Jerry's came back out the next morning and the 2 gentlemen that fixed the issue were very good and the pipe was replaced. This should of happened the afternoon before as we had several people in the home without water. I should of also pushed back on his diagnosis as there was NO evidence of a leak in the wall that he claimed.

We needed a plumber ASAP after our son flushed a plastic toy down the toilet. I called Jerry's Rooter Service this afternoon and Andrew arrived to our rescue just a few hours later. He was able to extract the toy in no time and had the toilet flushing properly once again. He was very kind and professional, and kept a clean workspace which we greatly appreciated!

Both of our toilets looked like water fountains all of a sudden. Called Jerry's Rooter and they were at my house in less than an hour. Joe and Mike came out. They were so nice, honest, explained everything to us. A better price than other plumbers who have come out before. I will call them again next time we have an issue. I'd recommend Jerry's Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues.

Technologist Joe and John were very professional and helpful the staff from the front office Angel was very helpful as well I had a backup in the sewer line joe cleared it quickly and explained everything the price was very competitive I highly recommend Jerry's Rooter for all your plumbing needs
