Jake and Brandon came out extremely fast to remove and replace our well pump. He explained everything up front, and quoted me a approximate price and did the job fast and they even moved a heavy fountain that was in the way. Some others locally weren't as professional on the phone and even one came to the house in a argumentative mood. I had to send him away. Not Jake. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and won't hesitate to call him again. Excellent service/job.

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! Jake couldn't have been more kind and professional. He was at my house first thing on a Sunday morning. He identified the problems and was patient with us. He discovered our problems were a more severe than we all thought. He referred us to another company to handle our major repairs and even called to check in later on our progress. Although Jake wasn't able to to fix everything I couldn't be more impressed and I would use him again without question.

Replaced my sump pump myself about three weeks ago.. It was rusty.. Realized I had better get my extraction pump checked before it failed. Looked online for someone who would do an extraction pump. Found Jerry's.. Called. Jake answered quickly, and I was able to get an appointment when it worked for me. Jake arrived on time, went right to work and had my old pump removed and the new quality one installed in ~20 min, didn't track anything in the house and left the area clean. Guess he's done this a few times. Price was as quoted, no surprises. Jake is personable and professional, honest and reasonable. Best experience I've had with plumbing service ever. Highly recommended.

Jake got here pretty quick when our sump pump kept running non stop, it was raining all night/all morning, were concerned it would go out akd have the basement flood. He found the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes tops! He's friendly and knows what he's doing! Definitely recommend him to anyone needing assistance with these kind of issues!

Jake and Brandon were terrific ! They came out at short notice (didn't charge an emergency or late fee because he's a decent human being!!!) and replaced two sump pumps. We only bought the house a month ago and with the threat of heavy rain, needed to have these checked out. He walked in and in 10 seconds diagnosed our issues. Within 30 minutes two new pumps were in. He showed us how they work, what they're made of, etc. He truly knows and takes pride in the work that he does. Cash or check only, but HIGHLY recommended!!

We have been clients of Jerry's pump service for over 35 years. Jake was trained by his father and there is no job he cannot handle. Jake has given excellent service every single time we have called him from replacing the well pump to fixing the well housing to inside tank replacement. He is always reliable, warranties his work and is always honest and up front about when he will come and when the job will be completed.

Today the puddle around the well housing and the fountain of water coming up thru the grass on the side forced me to shut down the well pump......of course it happened on a Sunday! Jake was at another job but came afterward to dig, find the leak, replace the old worn out part, refilled the hole which required him to stay until after 7pm to finish and get us water back into the house.

Not only is the service above par he is always fair and reasonable with his pricing - willing to work Sundays and holidays (once he spent 4th of July with us) and always in good cheer. I know before I pick up the phone to call him the job will be done right, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.
