Called Jake with concerns about my pressure tank, no big emergency. He offered to come out that night, but I said the next day would be fine.
Came out the next morning and had it replaced quickly.

My father's well pump went out at 4:30pm. Jake answered my call and worked around several challenges, mainly that the well is in the house, to not only replace the 30 year old pump, but also replace the well tank. He came out the same day (night) within the hour and finished all of the work that night to make sure that my dad had running water. You cannot go wrong here. He is honest, punctual and knowledgeable. Definitely will use him in the future for any service needs. Highly recommended!!

Jake was awesome!!! I called on thanksgiving expecting to get voicemail, but Jake answered in the first three rings!!! He came out promptly the next morning and had the water up and running before noon!!!! Best experience I have ever had with any home repairs. The service was awesome and Jake was very friendly. Jake and Brandon came out extremely fast to remove and replace our well pump. He explained everything up front, and quoted me a approximate price and did the job fast and they even moved a heavy fountain that was in the way. Some others locally weren't as professional on the phone and even one came to the house in a argumentative mood. I had to send him away. Not Jake. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and won't hesitate to call him again. Excellent service/job.

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector. He refused to even charge the full service fee and just took a small amount of money! Blown away! Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when we need to do the next project! Jake couldn't have been more kind and professional. He was at my house first thing on a Sunday morning. He identified the problems and was patient with us. He discovered our problems were a more severe than we all thought. He referred us to another company to handle our major repairs and even called to check in later on our progress. Although Jake wasn't able to to fix everything I couldn't be more impressed and I would use him again without question.

Replaced my sump pump myself about three weeks ago.. It was rusty.. Realized I had better get my extraction pump checked before it failed. Looked online for someone who would do an extraction pump. Found Jerry's.. Called. Jake answered quickly, and I was able to get an appointment when it worked for me. Jake arrived on time, went right to work and had my old pump removed and the new quality one installed in ~20 min, didn't track anything in the house and left the area clean. Guess he's done this a few times. Price was as quoted, no surprises. Jake is personable and professional, honest and reasonable. Best experience I've had with plumbing service ever.
