Called about my ejector pump. Came out saw the switch was bad but recommended we replace the pump because it was 13 years old. Have used him before for are well pump. Would highly recommend him for any job you need done. He was straight forward on what he thought should be done but gave us an option, Could not be happier with my decision to call him.

My sump pump was dying one day before a forecasted rain. My brother picked out a Wayne main pump / backup combo for me and told he that he would install it for me. Of course, until he was called for National Gard duty and couldn't. He talked me thru the procedure, I'm pretty handy, and I thought I could do it. I started, but I am 63 and everything was so heavy! I was getting pretty tired and scared. I decided to call for help.

Thank goodness I contacted Jake at Jerry's Pump service! The call was in the evening, maybe 7:30. He was planning on going out to dinner, but realized how much I needed help and came quickly. He straightened out my mess, installed the new pump and explained how it all worked. I was so happy! He really knows his stuff, he is kind, and he has whatever parts are needed. I have already passed his name and number on to five friends. I will make him my very first call the next time I need work. His price was fair. I was so happy I gave him a tip. I am so very thankful that there are still great people to help !

Called Jake with concerns about my pressure tank, no big emergency. He offered to come out that night, but I said the next day would be fine.
Came out the next morning and had it replaced quickly.

My father's well pump went out at 4:30pm. Jake answered my call and worked around several challenges, mainly that the well is in the house, to not only replace the 30 year old pump, but also replace the well tank. He came out the same day (night) within the hour and finished all of the work that night to make sure that my dad had running water. You cannot go wrong here. He is honest, punctual and knowledgeable. Definitely will use him in the future for any service needs. Highly recommended!!

Jake was awesome!!! I called on thanksgiving expecting to get voicemail, but Jake answered in the first three rings!!! He came out promptly the next morning and had the water up and running before noon!!!! Best experience I have ever had with any home repairs. The service was awesome and Jake was very friendly. Jake and Brandon came out extremely fast to remove and replace our well pump. He explained everything up front, and quoted me a approximate price and did the job fast and they even moved a heavy fountain that was in the way. Some others locally weren't as professional on the phone and even one came to the house in a argumentative mood. I had to send him away. Not Jake. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and won't hesitate to call him again. Excellent service/job.

Jake came out on a Saturday Labor Day weekend to help with standing in my basement. He was so friendly and professional explained everything and it turned out to be just a jammed float in our ejector.
